Order came faster then expected, ordered on a Saturday it came Tuesday, was packaged well and all my items were correct, the freebies are a nice touch too, prices were fair and can say with 100 percent certainty this will br my go to shop for protein.

Purchased the mystery bottle or shakers so purchased 5 hoping I get a mix and got the exact same bottle 5 times. I understand the mix up but when I touched base to address it they basically Whiped their hands with it and said it’s bad luck.

Protein arrived open & damaged. I asked for assistance from Elite Supps and received a reply stating they cannot assist as I didn’t take up extra insurance. I replied & said this cannot be used though and needs to be disposed of, how can they accept money for a product that isn’t usable? I was advised they COULD have helped me but now it’s been disposed of they can’t. I then replied & stated it hasn’t been disposed of yet so please advise my next steps? Another reply stating they stand by that they can’t help me as it’s damage due to transit/courier. So a $70 purchase not usable on receipt and no customer service at all to help their customer.
So beware- if you don’t add EXTRA insurance they won’t take responsibility for anything or provide any type of service to their customers. I will never order from here again.
