Jedenfalls sagten sie mir, ich müsse lediglich eine einmalige Gebühr entrichten, um meine persönlichen Bankdaten zu verknüpfen, was ich dummerweise tat, weil es unglaublich seriös wirkte. In dem Moment, als meine Überweisung eingegangen war, sperrten sie mich komplett aus und weigerten sich, auch nur eine einzige Nachricht zu beantworten.
Ich reichte eine Beschwerde bei Advocacy-INT ein, da sie mich einfach rundweg hinhielten und ich keine anderen Optionen mehr hatte. Es dauerte eine Weile, bis es deutliche Fortschritte gab, aber dank ihrer Intervention wurde der Fall schließlich abgeschlossen und die eingefrorenen Gelder später freigegeben.
