My wife loved the sweater! I'll need to shop and get her another.

The photos can be deceiving. A more detailed description of the outfit would have been helpful.
I am still in the process of returning an item. There is no return information enclosed in the pkg and the online response takes too many days for a reply. ( I’m still waiting for a reply..this is day 3)
The items are well made so the quality is good however the online pictures have been enhanced to make the outfit look “detailed” ie: the trim is “sewn” on not “printed “ disappointing but then the price of the items are reasonable.

I like the quality of your product. The clothing was as pictured. The sizing is accurate. I like that a portion of all sales goes to charity. The merchandise was delivered in a reasonable amount of time.

So disappointed, cheap fabric - nothing like the pictures. Service and delivery were fine, but the product and quality awful.

However i am finding it difficult to get in touch with your company as I need to change the size.

Delivery took two weeks, then clothing didnt fit. I will be returning the dresses, have already reversed ccard charge, no need to refund.

Problems with other two orders as well

…leider ist die Stoffqualität etwas dünn. Die Ware fällt auch recht klein aus. Man kann ruhig eine Nummer größer bestellen. Die Lieferung war nach ca. 2,5 Wochen zuverlässig da. Die Kommunikation war in Ordnung.

Package received
Although the package had to arrive up to Mexico City, it arrived in a time not more than four weeks. Elpty was constantly in contact by mail. The dresses were what I expected.

These dresses are beautiful and just what I was hoping for. I didn’t give it a five only because I have to send one back for a Med as the shorter on has no give to it. So if my return goes well they are a five all the way.
