High costs if you need to return items
One of the few e-commerce sites that sell Osklen t-shirts in Europe. But I needed to return all of them as the sizes were too small (slim fit vs. regular), with the intention to order another size. In that case, there is no return process so you need to send it back yourself on your own expense (about 18 euro). But when the money got credited, they also deducted the original shipping cost to your home (about 22 euro)?! I had never heard about this before that the e-commerce seller charges for their outbound shipping costs? When I wrote them about this, they never answered. So I lost about 40 euro in total for trying out this e-commerce site, and clearly never ordered again as the cost is simply too high if you need to return something, be it that you don't like the color, or that the size is not good.
