Emelda’s apparel has been my designer for years and I must commend she delivers exceptional services and meets up with deadlines her customer service is also Topnotch

Bought their jacket early May 2018. Due to my own negligence I did not notice the sewing on the jacket's under arms were frayed which I only noticed when I was back to Malaysia and intended to pack it away.

Had tried contacting them on the issue for several weeks by emailing their customer service but no reply! Totally am disappointed and sad for the poor quality product.The guarantee card provided with the purchase it just a paper without any purpose as they seem to be deaf to customer's complaint. So sad and angry.

We visited Emelda last week with World Visitor tours.
We were told not to worry - if we bought anything it could always be returned. We could even buy presents and if they didn't fit when we came back to Denmark they could be returned.
Also we were told not to worry about customs and VAT. We would get a certificate and with a stamp at the airport everything would be fine.

All lies from both sales staff and tour guide!!

We found out, we had paid way to much for our "great bargain". We wanted to return the jacket and were then suddenly told it wasn't possible. When we argued that we had been told otherwise, we were informed, that we could return the jacket at a fee. When we asked about the fee - ready to pay - we were told that the fee would almost equil the price of the jacket. After arguing back and forth we figured, we had lost the battle. They weren't gonna stick to their word and we had to keep the jacket. Lesson learned.

Also we had ordered another jacket as they didn't have one at the store without damages. Emelda wanted us to pay when ordered, but we made a deal that we would pay at delivery. And thank you God that we did. When they delivered the jacket at the hotel, it was all different in pattern and the quality was poor. It didn't look like the jacket we saw at the store at all.

Last but not least.... When we got back to Denmark we were held back at customs. And great surprise.... Even though we had all the papers and stamps, we had to pay almost 200 euro in customs and fees!!!

Therefore: Don't ever shop at this store. They will lie and tell you anything to get you to buy their products.

EXTRA: The store called me after reading this review. I was told that I shouldn't have shown the jacket to customs. I should have hit it in my luggage! So not only do they lie - they even encourage you to be a criminal..
