I am really impressed with the whole service! From my initial enquiry and many messages back and forth, the team were quick to respond. I ended up speaking to them about the whole garage deep clean/vermin cleanup to understand the process and what they would do, and they were lovely. Then the team came to clean up, and WOW! What an amazing deep clean - I have the cleanest garage ever! They did everything for me and were very polite, friendly, respectful and cleaned up perfectly after.

I needed my kitchen cleaned due to some soot damage and I couldn't complete it myself as I fell off my step ladder. The two people that came appreciated that I had emptied all my cupboards and they explained what they would be doing and the end result was much better than I could have achieved by myself. I'm extremely grateful for the excellent service that I have received from start to finish.

Arranged a clean for a relatives house, found the service excellent and reassuring in a sensitive/ difficult situation. They were professional, communicated well and gave me advice on what service I needed which was really helpful as I don't live near the house in question so had to manage everything from a distance. They made the process very straightforward and took the hassle out of the process.

The Dream team as they called themselves couldn’t have worked any harder. 7 of them virtually worked 7 hours non stop clearing, cleaning and tidying my family members flat. They were kind and thoughtful and put me at ease. To me it was an overwhelming job but they reassured me as did their boss Corey that they see it all the time. From beginning to end, Emergency Clean made a very difficult experience as smooth as could possibly be. I had to arrange for the emptying of an entire house after the death of a loved one. Since I am based in the United States, I also had to do this during odd hours. However, the headquarters team quickly responded to my inquiries to provided quote and billing options within 24 hours of my request. A team of four incredible cleaners showed up early Saturday morning and somehow managed to empty and clean an entire two-story house in 8 hours. A team of another three made multiple trips to the landfill with all of the rubbish, and the head of the team went above and beyond to help me with a problem in the garage. I am so grateful for the quality work, patience and fast responses from everyone on a day when I was not at my emotional best. Thank you again.

Required an apartment to be sorted and rubbish removed followed by a deep clean.

It looked like a very big job I’d never have achieved myself however in just 1 day and with a team of 3 people from Emergency Clean they cleared and cleaned it all, was very friendly and made me feel very comfortable!

The whole process of dealing with this company was excellent. Jemma called to discuss my needs which was so helpful. We had a stressful situation to sort for an elderly relative so I appreciated her advice and her patience dealing with my questions. Great experience using this company. Contacted them on Friday with an urgent job for a Guano clean and they were extremely responsive and arranged attendance for the Sunday & Monday. The operatives were extremely helpful and professional and did an amazing clean.

Matt and Cory were responsive and professional, answering all our queries, providing a quote, and booking the service in quickly. I needed a bio hazard clean fast. I called one of the biggest companies in the market and they gave me th run around for 2 days without any progress. I spoke to Emergecny clean UK and then sent someone over to do the job in 35 mins! Katie was very professional and even helped me pick up my post as I couldn't bend down. Can't thank them enough.

We needed an urgent deep clean to avoid eviction. The whole three bed flat was sorted and cleaned including one bedroom which was almost packed to the ceiling with rubbish. The guys doing the rubbish removal were lovely, very friendly and fast. There was no judgement. The cleaners did an amazing job the next day. Definitely recommend.

In what has been a very stressful time for my family and I, Emergency Clean UK have provided an excellent service from start to finish. From the first initial call with Matt, who listened with compassion to the situation we were in, I was confident in this company's ability to help us. Matt noted details about the flat that needed cleaning and after being sent images to help provide a quote, gave extra information on other ways they could help us such as clearing general waste in the flat too. The quote came through in just a few hours and was very detailed so we knew what to expect. Leading up to the day of the clean, I asked Matt further questions which he was always happy to answer and did so quickly. Our cleaning team was Marta and Michal and they did a fantastic job in just 3 hours. They arrived on time, were friendly and kind and before the clean began, Marta confirmed the choices of which items were to be removed. We were informed by the cleaning team when they were due to finish for us to arrive back at the flat and could not believe the difference considering the awful state the flat was in beforehand. They walked us through to explain what had been done in each room and checked we were happy with the results. Marta also informed us that they disinfected the bathroom too (which was not on our quote but used by them for hot water). After the clean, we had further contact with Matt during the payment confirmation. We expressed our gratitude to the team again and he was very grateful for the kind words. I would definitely use this company again and would recommend them to anyone looking for a deep, detailed clean.
