The process from start to finish was excellent.
The portal/app is easy to use and the update messages were frequent enough and comprehensive.
A special shout out for Tegan Chamberlain. She was exceptionally helpful and supportive throughout.
If she isn't involved in the customer service training program, she should be!

A smooth experience
This was my second experience of Enact and this time the service was much improved. The use of the portal to understand what was happening, what was needed from me and what tasks Enact were currently working on was much more streamlined and effective. The only sticking point was the need for 'wet signatures' on some documents and whilst I appreciate the legal requirement, we don't have access to a printer so an electronic solution e.g. Docusign would have been a more efficient process. A great service from Enact nonetheless.
