Poorly arranged and way too many members
The gym is cramped, always busy and poorly arranged. The largest part of the gym has astroturf on with punching bags and is never used, while the free weights and chest/squat machines and all cramped together. This is why they have such a high churn rate!
The best gyms care about people and the quality of workouts offered, not memberships sold, IMO...

Thank you for your review and feedback.
I appreciate that the layout of the gym is not to your taste, however we are usually a relatively quiet gym compared to most others in London. Outside of the usually busy times of 5pm - 8pm Monday - Thursday, we have less than 10 people in the gym at once.
Most members love the YARD area which is the astroturfed section you refer to. We are one of the only gyms which provide members with 4 boxing bags and even gloves they can borrow and use at no extra cost. The YARD is where our classes take place and is frequently under use outside of those classes.
We care deeply about our members and go above and beyond the call of duty, even making a custom workout plan for each new member and taking measurements of their health indicators such as body weight, body fat and muscle mass.
I appreciate the gym can be busy in the evenings, but having visited others in London, I can assure you it is still much better than what you'll find around the area and many members join simply because we are less busy than the competition.
Thank you for your membership and I wish you the best with your health and fitness. I know you were previously a member of another Energie club outside of London and your experience there was different. I hope this doesn't put you off Energie clubs as a whole and that we see you back again.

I absolutely love Énergie Fitness! It’s a really great, encouraging environment that’s all-inclusive, and it’s always so fun to be around others, but also be able to do your own thing when you want. Nathan, David and Osagie are particularly excellent at what they do; really patient and supportive, while pushing you to be better. I am not the fittest person but I’m showing more results than ever before!

Best gym in Archway
Really friendly staff and a great atmosphere, always improving the gym and will do anything they can to help. Also, always enough equipment to go around and great variety of machines/dumbbells/benches.

At happy senior citizen
At close to 70 years of age, I am probably their oldest client. The staff have been very helpful without making me feel anything but welcome. The gym is clean, with excellent facilities. The equipment is state of the art, with lots of choices, and offers of help. I warmly recommend it.

Very friendly team. Ideal if you have not been to a gym before. There is classes available to help you get into shape. Depending on the package you take. I would recommend this gym.

A great local gym with friendly and helpful staff. It only opened recently so everything is brand new and kept very clean. A good selection of gym equipment and classes with experienced instructors who are great at motivating without being pushy.
