Great gym, kind experienced and accomadating staff good machines

Timing of gym closure is disappointing as it closes far too early at 10.30pm!
Entering the gym is such a struggle sometimes I’m having to wait 10 mins to enter as they don’t have an easy access as you need to call the gym to enter?
Gym equipment have not been changed as they are very old and should be refurbished.
Music in gym is poor and not a gym vibe atmosphere.
AC in the gym is never on when needed as it seems like they keep it off to save money

NEED TO GO BACK TO 24 HOURS and NEED OUR EQUIPMENTS BACK. Get rid of little classes especially if it’s only 3-5 people. Classes abover 10 people is fine but to waste a whole side of gym for 3 people? Like come on seriously!? I pay to do a session in the gym and I’m having to be told that I am not allowed to enter a certain area just so a few ‘PT’s’ can earn some extra cash? the gym is small as it is.

Staff is great help and Barbara, amelio and the young white girl should get promoted.

Hate this gym now, loved it when it was 24 hours, now they get everyone out by 10:20.. not even 10:30.

Music is ridiculous. Literally just the radio with the same songs playing for the past 9 months.. rubbish classic Britney Spears music!

Doors don’t even open with the fobs, have to wait 5-10 minutes for someone to come see us standing there for a wait.

Friendly and approachable crew, Mazey in particular was extremely helpful and helped me use the equipment correctly. Plenty of equipment available for use almost all the time, and friendly atmosphere. Would definitely recommend to anyone considering joining.

My five stars only goes to herkales and Barbara, more than anything else! They are sweet, helpful and polite and I can always rely on them! Give them a pay rise

I really enjoy the time that I spend in this gym, specially in the morning which is very calm.
All the trainers are very friendly and helpful.

Very helpful and nice staff. Pretty quiet in the mornings which is good. New equipment and weekly challenges to keep you motivated.

The staff is super friendly and they make you feel super comfortable, always great service and ready to help.
Barbara and Hercules (Herakles) are the spirit of the gym always there for a laugh and to give good advise and tips for a good workout 🏋🏼‍♂️

Female cleaner allowed into the mens changing rooms whilst it’s still being used. I assume a male cleaner would be allowed into the womens changing rooms too in that case.

Obviously facilities need to be cleaned, but should be when the gym is closed. Or at least the changing rooms should be closed.

20/10/2021 night time that member off staff is very rude before 10.20 she’s saying hurry up close . And that way she talking to public we don’t like it I don’t expect those kind of attitude I’m paying for gym I’m not getting free gym I want to leave the gym the reason the lady she upset maybe she work full day that’s why if you don’t like the your job go home and enjoy your self no one forced you to work plenty staff looking for job

Great gym And lovely staff, maybe more classes And little dumbells would be great, as well as exercise rope
