Great Classes, wonderful teachers and awesome atmosphere. Always clean and enough machine for everybody.

Very small and not enough machines or devices to do the necessary exercises.
Just one toilet.

I like very much zumba class ! I can’t wait to get back.
Some equipments should be change because they are very used like the one for inner thighs from next to staff office.

Rude staff
Impossible to contact anyone.
Make it very difficult to cancel so they get more money .

Small gym with lots of various equipment.

Not sure who's available to show you what equipment is best for different workouts (although I opted out of induction)
Always best to check how many people are in the gym before you go, as it tends to get crowded.

Small gym but very clean and organised! You have everything you need and more!! I love it!

The staff and very friendly and helpful. It is easy to book classes. The instructors are very motivating. However, the area where the classes takes place requires air conditioning. The fan is not enough. I enjoy attending this gym.

I have joined quite recently, but can already tell that it’s a great place. Classes are challenging, it’s clean and the atmosphere is awesome. People really go there to work out, not just to show off their new outfits. I can definitely recommend.

Has a decent ranges of machines and weightlifting equipments. I like the yard had no problem even if its a small place. The gym is usually packed due to small spaces but manageable. The lockers however are too small and lack of big changing rooms. There’s some machines I would personally use that are not available. Overall, decent gym, great staffs and clean environment.

Problem with my access pass, long wait to system recognise my payment.

My 3rd review....The gym itself is fine, Staff friendly...but the classes offered pretty poor... No changes or new ones in over a year. There has not been consistent Pilates classes for over a year. One trial for a couple of weeks, but that is all. All classes are high impact or spin, jut 2 yoga classes a week... not for the older crowd whom might have some mobility issues or joint pain. I am aware customers have been requesting Pilates classes and Zumba style classes, but no action taken. I do not believe is because people will not attend... some of the other classes they teach have a couple of people, but still on the rota. Older people are not taken in consideration, that is my opinion. Exercise is for EVERYONE.
I am expecting a standarised reply to this... "we fallen short"... etc...Also the "yard" is small, not private and the music is too loud. A gym without a proper studio to teach classes? Pure Gym on Finchley Rd has just opened, same monthly fee, 3 floors and huge variety of classes included so might consider changing.

The staff are really friendly and helpful. There is a good selection of equipment. Everything is very clean and in good condition. And all at extremely reasonable prices.... no complaints!

Friendly staff. Has the equipment I need and most people put back their weights so it is orderly, unlike many other gyms.

I have been a member for 6 months now and always been happy. Expect to stay for many years to come
