Staff are fabulous,helpful and patient!I love it when an instructor spots a person doing an exercise wrong,approaches them and shows them correct form to avoid injury.So important!Upbeat,love the music playlists in classes and really good content but classes need to be longer and need for more classes especially weekend classes.Need towel hooks on inside of shower doors!(It’s those little things),more machines(doubling up on those already there)will always be welcomed.Phone App should show description of what classes are about....need to create element of competition that caters to everyone motivate people/incentive to turn up to gym more often( i.e lazy me on these cold days)..Overall great gym!& badly needed in this area.

I love this gym
I love this gym, it’s never too packed whenever I go , classes are varied and fun. Trainers are approachable and young.
One thing I would like it is more weight training in class or a class like body pump would be amazing !

Only real issue is the changing bench…
Only real issue is the changing bench is very small.You could put a bench and hooks along the wall to make more space.

Energie fitness review
Excellent facilities and staff. Great value for money. Classes are brilliant. Great location. Would like if an individual programme for weights was given and updated/changed every few months. Kickstarts and online videos help but only on how to use the machines. Would be nice to assess what weight to start on an how many reps should be preforming.

Have nothing but good & positive things to say about Energie Galway. Staff are so welcoming & friendly. The equipment is excellent and good variety of classes. Love that its open @ 6am as it means I can get workout done before work & not feel too guilty about sitting down in the evening!! Delighted to be a member, keep up the good work guys. 😉

Great options for classes. Morning, lunch afternoon and evening. Classes are brilliant. In & out very quickly. Great instructors as well.

Fab Gym
I joined Energie Fitness Galway in December 2019. I usually go there at lunch time to workout/attend classes. I actually enjoy going there as there is a lovely atmosphere, great facilities, equipment for exercising, 5 minutes from my job. Instructors are lovely and friendly, and I would have no problem approaching any of them for advice. Love that they do stories on instagram on how to use weights or the video's on different workouts for different parts of body.

Perfect for me!
Facilities, staff and location is perfect for me. I train at 6:30am 3-5 days a week and it’s consistently clean and welcoming.

Love the gym
Love the gym. Been very motivated to go since I joined probably my favourite gym I’ve ever been at. Only reason I did 4 instead of 5 stars is because I feel like there’s some basic equipment/ machines that’s missing from the gym

Love the gym
Love the gym! Very modern and clean and good new machines. Love the free spaces to do individual exercises with free weights. Maybe more music should be played in the gym and possibility of later classes from 7 o’clock onwards

Posivite experience from my first two month.......
Everything is good for me except a couple of minor points.
Mens changing room needs benches. Hard to manage with limited space at the moment. Also the gym could do with drinking water to top up bottles.
Everything else is excellent. Really enjoying it and the staff and equipment are great.
Happy to be a member and seeing the benefits.
