The gym really helped me progress a lot in my workouts along with friendly and warm staffs as well!

I called this evening for memberships between 7:10 and 8:22 about 5 times I didn’t get one answer… if this gym doesn’t want members then this is good tactic.

Staff are very friendly and welcoming, the manager is also very understanding and caring of personal circumstances when it comes to the perfect contract. Equipment is also clear to use and enough space in this gym

My first time back in the Gym for a couple of years, a really warm welcome and introduction by staff.

they never open on time there’s always a queue in the morning people standing outside waiting in this cold weather. Which the staff don’t really care about and the manager. People been complaining about it that they never open on time in the morning But still nothing has been done. Then all they say is sorry this won’t happen again. I’m looking for a new gym so guys just to let you know there’s no point joining this gym waste of money.

I have been using énergie fitness Hayes for 1 year and I’m sad to leave. I wanted to leave a review for the team who have been very accommodating from my first day to my last.

10/10 customer service. Mark has been helping me since the beginning, always making me feel welcome.

Overall a wonderful gym that I’ll be sad to leave behind!

The staff are super friendly and it just brightens the atmosphere.

The staff are amazing, always friendly and helpful.The space is not massive so gotta have patience to wait for other people to finish their sets. Would be amazing if they could add a tv for the world cup time.

This gym is the most welcoming gym ive been to, other gyms in the area staff dont seem like they care about the gym members and they just treat you like a number. This gym makes you feel like a person and the staff assist you with hitting your goals. Levi has been the staff member who helps the most him and the rest of the team are amazing and i could not imagine going to any other gym now..

I’ve been a member of Énergie Fitness gym in Hayes since it first opened, and the level of customer care and gym experience has been incredible.

There is a high quality of machines available which are always well maintained. I also attend a spin class with PT Owen who makes the session enjoyable and pushes me to work hard. Owen is extremely welcoming and helpful and is an asset to the team.

The best gym I’ve ever been to, as a woman I don’t feel comfortable working out infront of guys but this gym is different. This gym makes you feel comfortable without having to worry about people staring at you. The staff is amazing especially Levi he has helped me so much. Levi has also boosted my confidence in the past coming days he is truly a blessing to my life

modern and well equipped local gym! I enjoy working out here a lot. Big thanks to Rash and Levi who are always super kind and attentive !

Joined this gym about two months ago, the staff here are really lovely and friendly, they keep the place really tidy too! I definitely think they’re the highlight of coming here as I don’t feel awkward about asking for help if I need it.
