Lovely local gym with approachable, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Great classes- I attend the yoga and pilates here- never disappointed with regular helpful teachers. Great value for money.

Very friendly and helpful staff
It feels amazing to join energy fitness after a period of over 12 months lockdown! The gym is very tidy and respectful to COVID restrictions. Booking a venue slot prior to attending the gym is a fantastic idea to minimize the crowd. The staff are amazing and very helpful when needed. I am overall very happy so far.

Great Gym

Great Gym!
Great Gym! I’ve really enjoyed their spinning classes on Monday and Wednesday evenings, I always leave feeling like I got a good work out. Personal training has also been beneficial and inexpensive. The workouts are always fun and challenging at the same time. During previous lockdown and the current one, the staff have continued to stay in touch and have been supportive in making sure you are still able to reach your fitness goals despite the current climate right now.

New Gym Member review
I have joined this gym quite recently (in the last few months) and have experienced varying degrees of lockdown restriction with them! At the moment gyms are shut and we have had to switch to an online platform. The classes that have been offered online have honestly been one of the things keeping me going through lockdown and all of the instructors are amazing at what they do! Whenever I come into the gym everyone who works there is friendly and approachable. Its only a small gym but has everything you need. Definitely one of the cheapest memberships you can get in London and you get more than you pay for! Highly recommend to anyone in the surrounding areas 🙂

Positive experience all way through
Positive experience all way through. I have been a member of this club for more than four years because it's good price for value. Convenient location, have all the equipment that I use to train and the membership vs. equipment ratio is good.

They help you feel like you matter to them.
I'd used this gym for 3 years and really liked the size, atmosphere, range of equipment and friendly people. I stopped going in between lockdowns but kept my membership open. Today, when I had a query, a gym employee rang me immediately and was customer-focussed in a really 'human' way. I think you get a personal service from this gym - it feels like you matter.

Really great value gym
Really great value gym, I’ve been a member for 5 years and they’re a really friendly helpful team. Classes are short but effective and often small numbers so you get good one on one tuition at times.

Great little gym
Great little gym. Clean, cheap, well kept and very friendly. Nice staff and clients. Great atmos. Would be five stars if they had a pool and steam but can’t have everything for that price!!!

I have been a member of the gym for…
I have been a member of the gym for several years and have seen many changes. However, the gym equipment, facilities, great supportive staff and atmosphere remains the same. I enjoy the spin classes, and using the various gym equipment and have also benefited from good/challenging and cost effective personal training.
I would definitely recommend this gym

Join!
The staff make it worth joining Énergie at Highbury. They’re so friendly, always willing to help and just generally nice compared to other gyms I’ve been in which all have the same equipment. Makes a difference when you come in.
Gym is great too and they’ve recently re done all the material on the weights machines.
Yes it’s not big and yes it’s not one of the top end fancy gyms but it’s excellent value for money and I’d recommend joining to everyone.

Best value gym in central London
The membership was very easy to sign up for online. They staff are very friendly and helpful and it is very reasonably priced for central
London. It had all the equipment and areas I needed and I will miss going here (moving out of the country).
