Energie Inverurie is a class set up
Energie Inverurie is a class set up. Staff are helpful + friendly. Equipment is top class and the staff do their best to keep things safe in these difficult times. I would have no hesitation recommending this gum to anyone.

Great gym with really friendly…
Great gym with really friendly staff/PT's and a good selection of equipment and classes. The only negative is the fact there aren't mirrors on the wall in front of the treadmills - who wants to run for an extended period of time staring at a wall? (I'm hoping its just the layout they have in place due to covid rules and will change in future)

Great place to train
Excellent set up with a full range of equipment. The restrictions due to COVID have been managed very well with clear guidelines and expectations to keep everyone safe.
All staff are friendly and approachable making it a great atmosphere to train.
Would recommend to anyone.

A great addition and much needed asses to Inverurie
A great addition and much needed facility for Inverurie. The pricing structure is perfect, just at the right level to make it attractive and without the hassle of joining fees and contract tie in's (those are sooooo yesterday) I need the flexibility to flex on /off with my job and owner Nick really took this point, I hope we don't see a slow and steady creep in prices above inflation we see on Sky contracts! The price will certainly keep Garioch sports centre on their toes who use the old fashioned/inflexible membership system!!
As for the gym and the equipment, a great range of machines, free weights and classes and the App is a sinch to use. Under COVID with max 49 at a time you never have to wait long for the bench/machine you want, however, post COVID I can see demand outperforming the relatively small size and congestion could be an issue if there is no expansion. I only have 1 complaint, on the lower £24.99 membership it is IMPOSSIBLE to book a class, you might get lucy on a reserve , Ive made 1 spin class in the month by standing at the door on a Friday morning and took the last spin bike. The 29.99/month gives you longer range to book but I suspect the 'plan ahead vultures' will have those snapped up too. Its a shame the Yard is out of use (covid) as I love those military style beasting sessions where you kill yourself for 30/60s at one station then move onto the next. It was one of Energies main attractions, along with Spin and Bodypump. It a great touch that Nick refers to you by name, thats a nice personal touch. Really hope this gym goes from strength to strength (pun intended) and even expands. For various reasons it took me year to join, and sadly, I have to go abroad for a few yrs so has only managed to use it for October, but have really enjoyed it. One if the best guys Ive ever been a member of (only beaten by Next Generation (now David Lloyd) in Edinburgh. Well done Nick and Team.

Superb gym
I have just joined Energie fitness after moving to Inverurie. During this difficult time they are going above and beyond to make sure people can workout safely. They have excellent procedures in place for booking into the gym, wiping stations down and temperature checking people. They have a very good range and variety of equipment in very good condition, The only downside is the classes due to covid being very similar and only using body weight. This is something out of their control though. I look forward to trying their classes once things start to ease more.

So glad I joined. Plenty of space and equipment to choose from. All areas really clean and equipment well maintained. The app is great. Good to know how many people are in the gym at any time. Easy to book classes online.

Modern gym but lacking
Modern gym and great protocols for covid but really lacking in cardio equipment. Not everyone is into weights .
There’s no Rowing machines, bikes etc in the gym.
Can be intimidating for members who are new to gyms , overweight etc ....

I workout with Matthew at the Inverurie branch and I find him an excellent adviser his workouts are hard but fair and he always encourages to go that extra bit to reach your goal
