Really friendly and helpful gym
I was so pleased when I received a voicemail offering a free kickstart session a few weeks after I joined. I hadn't been to a gym in a long time so I felt a little overwhelmed. Alessio helped me choose exercises suitable for what I wanted to achieve and has made me much more confident with knowing what I'm doing in the gym. All the team are really nice and I feel could approach them all and ask for advice or help. I'm really pleased I joined this gym.

Lovely gym
Lovely gym. Lots and lots of equipment to choose from. Friendly staff. Great location as well.
Only complaint is they didn’t have water one day when I wanted to wash my hands. But they always have hand sanitizers and other disinfecting sprays or wipes available.

Energie fitness Kilburn is excellent…
Energie fitness Kilburn is excellent value for money. The equipment is good, the change room and showers are big enough and nice, and it is rarely so crowded that you cannot get to the equipment that you want.

Good gym
Good gym. I can only say about the morning sessions when I’m there. I always have a time to do what I need to do without interruption. The personal trainers that I see are easy approachable and human size. People in the gym are at different levels and diversified.
My big thank you is the app. I can see how many people in the gym, set the goals, burn calories etc. Plus you get points and as Sir Bruce used to say: “Points make prizes!”
