Great gym - would recommend
The gym is very nice with lots of new equipment and a recent extension. I have also found staff members to be very friendly and helpful, when I first started and felt a bit lost in the gym they approached me to see if I needed any help and to show me where the different machines were. The only reason I have not given 5 stars is that the gym is quite small (although they are managing this very well in the current covid period) and can get very hot. The wifi also cuts out a lot in certain areas of the gym, although generally you can get good phone signal in most parts anyway. Overall I would definitely recommend :)

A very good gym for the money
A very good gym for the money. Spacious and lots of equipment. Weights are often arranged chaotically so expect to occasionally have to search a bit to find the correct weights - not a deal-breaker though.

Came back to an upgraded gym…
Came back to an upgraded gym with a brand new studio and more equipment. The booking system also helps me know how many people will be in the gym before I get in to train. Last of all the staff are always cleaning.

The club is amazing especially after the renovation.
The new studio is incredible and also the new equipment makes you wanna stay there the whole day.
Hands down the best gym in kilburn

Great atmosphere
Great atmosphere. Everyone is really friendly and helpful. Very well equipped and enough space to keep the social distance. Great value! The staff always keep it clean and tidy. Best gym for the area. I’m a member for more then 4 years now and I really feel motivated any time I have my workout.

Since returning from COVID lockdown
Since returning from COVID lockdown, the gym is very refreshed I have noticed that equipment and environment is often cleaned throughout the day, new equipment is available to use. Social distancing is still applied within the gym but there is still enough space to work out

Hi James, thanks for taking the time to write the review and give feedback. We always welcome it, whether good or bad, so that we can continue to improve our service. Your review came through whilst we were closed for lockdown and actually things have improved dramatically. We’ve completed an extension making the gym 33% bigger. We have a new studio, lots of new equipment and we’ve also introduced more cleaning stations, sanitiser units with the staff doing more cleaning and the members doing their bit too. Good atmosphere
Good equipment and really helpful and friendly staff. I had a well structured Kickstart session with Josie who was informative and ready to answer any questions.
One downside is the lack of floor space during peak times.

The gym premises and machines are quite dirty, sometimes takes long time to fix an out of order machine, there is an area of the gym near a machine where is present some licking from the ceiling been there for ages and never been repaired.

I've been a member from the time the gym was open. It's a friendly gym both staff and members. The staff are very helpful and will talk with you and help you to achieve your goals in losing weight or what you need to achieve by coming to the gym. There also have classes you can attend which is also very helpful in keeping you fit and losing weight . On a whole this gym caters for your fitness and health needs. Managers and staff are very friendly and will also send an email if you haven't been attending the gym. The price is also right for me. It's a nice and friendly gym
