I only go to the classes at the gym and I love the variety and quality of the classes at Energie Midleton. There is no restrictions on the amount of classes you can do. The instructors are motivating and encouraging. It is a very friendly environment where you are made to feel welcome and part of a community. I would highly recommend it.

I love the 6.15am classes- the instructors are great at showing how to do the moves. I also like the variety of classes.

It’s an amazing gym. I have amazing workout equipment and calisthenics area. It have good classes. I mainly like this gym because I mainly do calisthenics myself.

I'm extremely disappointed. I just had a freezing shower in the amenities. The showers have been out of order since last year! And the only one supposedly working is also blocked for months!! Come on guys really??????!!!!!

It is a good gym overall, but what has dragged down my rating here is that they increased the prices a year ago (understandably) and promised new equipment. What is frustrating is that the justification for this price increase was the new equipment promised. While some of the equipment has arrived, there are still pieces missing from what was promised. I feel bad for the team because they were told it was ordered back then, which they reassured me of. Since then I have followed up with them regularly. They apologised and told me that the owner had told them he had ordered it all and that they have since realised this was not the case. The mens showers are also out of order a lot of the time, apparently the owner also promised these were being renovated years ago but nothing has been done and one of the shower doors even shattered recently. Cancelled my membership a while ago but would definitely be back if they followed through on the changes. Good clean gym over all

Excellent gym. Staff are lovely and helpful. Loads of equipment to choose from and the gym is never empty whenever I go in, so it has a nice buzz around the place. Spinning classes are excellent.

What i like about this gym is its so relaxed and friendly. I have a multiple health issues including Herniated disc in lower back and the help i have gotten from the staff in the gym is unreal .They make sure Im doing okay and allways check in with me online .This gym is fantastic for everyone whos looking to improve their health and reach their own goals .

I got a great plan off Alex, and the other trainers I met are very nice and courteous, I get a good vibe every time I go in even though I'm only joined a few weeks

Been there a year. They jacked the agreed price up 20% without discussion, and they are barely open on weekends (only 8am to 4pm) which is crap. Not everyone is hungover and going to pubs. Otherwise well equipped and clean.

Superb gym with a fantastic staff, impeccably clean and well-maintained. It boasts a wide array of equipment. Above all, the friendly and hospitable staff create an encouraging and inclusive atmosphere.
