Gary Low visited to do a survey for me as part of the Great British Insulation Scheme. He was professional, knowledgeable, explained everything he was doing clearly and was very helpful in answering questions I had.

Gary was professional and worked efficiently despite it being a bigger job than expected when he first arrived. Explained everything he was doing and what needed to be done.

Steve and Ian came to survey my cottage today, they were both polite, friendly and professional.

Visit today from David H of energypig. He was very thorough in his assessment of what works needs to be done in my home, explaining things as he went so that I feel confident that what he recommends will be accurate. He was also pleasant and very happy to answer my many questions.

Just had Brian McF and Steven G doing an in depth survey re air source heat pump, heating system and solar panels etc. Both were friendly, very professional and happy to answer any questions I had. They explained exactly what they were going to do and why then worked their way around the house. No mess, no disruption. Would recommend.

Can't fault the work or the workers they arrived early worked around each other and got the whole solar panel/air source heat pump / hot water tank /plumbing / electrical all done in just over a day and a half and no mess left behind would never know the house looked like it had been ripped apart the day before .job well done much appreciated and the follow up checks all done with curtesy.

Made an appointment for tomorrow but called to offer to come today after a cancellation. David H was very thorough, friendly, answered all our questions and explained the process.

Great service from Gary Low who came out to assess our property for wall cavity insulation.
Gary was very informative on how he would carry out an in-depth survey on our house and inform us of his findings.
After a very thorough review of the whole property Gary explain to us the work needing done and the reasons for it to make our home more insulated and energy efficient.

Just had engineers, Gary Low and Ian Ruimolds (hope I didn't mis spell that) survey my home for insulation and air pump. Recommend them both very highly. Explained carefully what they were doing, completed the survey and paperwork with no fuss and minimal disruption and managed to do it all without disturbing my wife who was

Hi my name is Duncan I got my heating fitted in just one day I can’t thank the team enough they were careful with lifting my carpets and putting them back down they left no mess to clean up my house is now lovely and warm all thanks to my new free heating. From start to finish the guys have been great explained how the whole process would work and boy did they deliver. I would recommend anyone thinking of changing there heating to contact them and let them explain how it all works.

Gary Low and Brian carried out surveys on our property and we could not fault them! They arrived promptly and were thorough, gave clear explanations, answered questions patiently and navigated the home respectfully and professionally. We were quickly at our ease giving them the required access to the rooms of our home and having them explain the process as they worked. Thank you guys.

The survey on my property was carried out today by Gary Low. He arrived on time, introduced himself and was polite and helpful all the way through the survey, answered all my questions and explained everything that was happening. His manner was professional and he carried out the survey without any disturbance to ourselves. All in all a good experience.

Brian and Stevie came in, were professional and friendly, put up with the dog barking at them the whole time (wee dog constant yapping). Cant wait for the rest of the team to work come and do the work

Impeccable service from Gary low and Brian who came to give me a heating survey, to se if I was eligible for a new heating system. Both were very efficient and talked me through everything they needed to do within my home.

Energy pig installed our boiler 3 years ago and have serviced it every year since. They message to remind me that it is time to book the service . It has always been the same young man,Arash, who has come to do the work. He is very polite,friendly and does the work efficiently. He said that he would organise a warranty check . He did this sitting in his van and before he had driven away the company ,Vokera, had called and made an appointment for the next day. We can relax knowing that our heating system is ready for the winter months . Energypig have always been reliable to deal with and who's staff are polite and respectful.

Annual Boiler Service. Arash, the engineer arrived as scheduled. 3rd annual service and same efficient service. No issues whatsoever. Great job.
