Missing Item, Non-Existent Customer Service
When I received my order, I picked it up the from the fedex location (staples) near me. There was NO NAME on my order, which made it difficult for to get my order. I initially went to Staples on Saturday to get my order, employee at the desk said it wasn't there, even though fedex marked it as delivered. She instructed me to come back on Monday after 3pm. I came back on a Tuesday, discovered the reason why I couldn't receive my package at first was because there was NO NAME on it. Just my address and the tracking number. When I opened my order, one of the bags the clothes came in were already opened (i.e. there was a hole in it). I'm unsure why there is a luxury price tag on Entire Studios items if the items were already tampered with. Additionally, I ordered 3 items and only 2 of my items came. The other item was completely missing.
I should add, before the items shipped I asked to change sizes for one of the dresses, there was no response. Zero. Zilch. Nothing.
Due to their lack of response, I'm now worried I won't receive a prompt refund or have the item I originally ordered shipped to me at all.
If you really want to order here, keep in mind you'll have a lack of response from customer service or no response at all. Order 1 item at a time, as ordering more than 1 can cause them to miss part of your order completely.
Update: I reached out to their marketing team on instagram and only then, did the e-commerce team respond to me. The marketing team is super lovely, but shouldn't have to contact the e-commerce team to do their jobs. Every time I waited on a response I'd have to contact the marketing team, it was a bit ridiculous. I received a refund for the missing item only after a whole week had passed and after I jumped through multiple hoops.
