Used Epic for my professional online…
Used Epic for my professional online business for the past 3 years. Very minor issues at first involving bandwidth and speed but were very quickly resolved. No issues since. I can not fault their service as it is so cheap and run so well. My business would not be here without them and I would not be able to make a living so I will stay with Epic for as long as possible. A++ service.

Epichosts is always my go to
Epichosts is always my go to when it comes to VPS and pre-installed game servers. The support is second to none and Terrum always has you covered! Wouldn’t go anywhere else

Recommended service!
Terrum has always ran a good service I have been with Epichosts as a radio service for over 2 years since the beginning of lockdown and any issues I have found Terrum to deal with things in a professional and quick / friendly manor. Highly recommended service.

Shady billing practices
These guys are extremely shady when it comes to billing. If you set up any type of reoccurring billing, expect them to charge you more than once and then refuse to refund. Their services are also way over priced. Make sure you shop around before you commit. Also, once you pay and you’re on the hook, the support response time slows.

Please note that we do not handle any automated/subscription payments made to us by a client. All automated/subscription payments are handled and contracted between a client and PayPal. If you have any issues with charges, you should contact PayPal directly as we do not have control over such.
I also apologise that you feel our services are overpriced, however we never force clients to make payments and you are more than welcome to ask us for a quote, or shop around with other providers as you suggested.
We also ensure all queries are responded to as quickly as possible, however depending on availability and workload we may not be able to respond as quick on some occasions. Any urgent inquiries should be made through e-mail and flagged as important.
Should you want to contact us so that we can solve any concerns you have and look into refunding any additional charges you believe you are owed, you can e-mail support@epichosts.co.uk or contact us through any of our support methods and we will do our best to come to an agreeable solution with you.

Avoid this service!!!
This is the most horrible service I ever used.
They can change IP address of your VPS without any notifications, closing support tickets without giving a chance to ask something, they can terminate your VPS next day after they issued invoice and it wasn't paid. They just delete your paid invoices and all information related to the terminated VPS.
Avoid this service!!!
UPDATE: The EpicHosts representative said what I'm continued to use their service and renew VPS. Of cause, it require time to move to another service. And I didn't received any comment about removal all information related to as they said - not paid VPS from the control panel. But I have a lot screenshots proving what they are liars. Anyone who needs proofs can contact me.

Hi Daniel, I'm sorry to hear that your experience with us was not satisfactory. I will give my input for each point you made in matching, subsequent paragraphs below.
An IP of your VPS may be changed when there is a conflict of IPs between two services or a different network - this is extremely rare, however completely out of our control. I apologise that you were the culprit to this rare occurrence.
When a ticket is closed, you can re-open a ticket at any time with any further questions or queries you have. I apologise that you feel you can no longer ask questions when a ticket has been closed.
As per our T&C, we can terminate and delete services at any time on or after the expiry date, usually to free up stock for new orders. This is standard procedure for most hosting companies. Although we try our best to keep data safe for up to a week or two, this is not a guarantee and any valuable data should be kept safe on a remote location at all times. The best solution to this would be to either renew many days, weeks or even months in advance (we offer discounts of up to 25% when paying 3/6/12 months in advance), or simply renew on or before the expiry date.
Once again I apologise for all the inconveniences, however we will do our best to resolve all concerns you have. Please open a ticket or e-mail us at support@epichosts.co.uk at any time and we will ensure a satisfactory resolution.
UPDATE: I feel it is important to mention that, to anyone using this review as their final judgement towards us as a business, Daniel is still actively renewing and continuing his services with us. We have attempted to contact Daniel through multiple methods (including asking TrustPilot to contact them) as well as mentioning this review to them in a ticket of which they recently opened. They have ignored all requests except for one - the request for TrustPilot to verify the authenticity of this review. To anyone reading this, please understand that we can only resolve any issues or concerns if you allow us to communicate with you properly.

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY
Be very careful using this company epichosts.co.uk, i set a VPS up, created an account with something else using the VPS, and within minutes my email had been hacked and the account I had setup,the email and password was changed,100% was from this company as the ip address come back to france which is where my server was

As I cannot confirm any details about your issue, due to the VPS being cancelled and no efforts made to contact us before this review was posted, I cannot investigate this any further. Please contact us through any of the support methods shown on-site with any details you have (such as the IP address you claim breached your accounts) and we will be more than happy to conduct a full investigation to this.

I highly recommend this host,customer service is top class!
I've got my server running with 15minutes even if the answer was to wait about 30minutes.
They spend about 1h with me trying to connect my DNS and even install everything that i needed to run the server on VPS!
They also have a 10% off for the first purchase!
