I can't withdraw my balance.
When I try to withdraw my balance to my bank account via IBAN EFT/wire transfer, I can't add a bank account... It redirects me to crypto, but I don't have a crypto wallet and I need to withdraw my balance for my payments.

Epinsultan.com Fatura Talebim Cevapsız Kaldı, Canlı Destekte Engellendim
18 Kasım tarihinde Epinsultan üzerinden 300 TL tutarında bir alışveriş yaptım ve bu işlem için fatura talep ettim. İlk olarak canlı destek ile görüştüm, benden i nfo@ epinsultan.com adresine mail atmam istendi. Bu adrese toplamda 4 kez mail gönderdim, sadece bir kez işlemin tarihini soran bir dönüş aldım, ona da hemen cevap verdim; ancak sonrasında hiçbir şekilde geri dönüş yapılmadı.
Tekrar canlı desteklerinden yardım istediğimde, bu kez benden şirket bilgilerimi istediler. Bunun konuyla ilgisini anlayamadım ve her seferinde sadece mail atmam gerektiğini söyleyip durdular. En sonunda da canlı destekte beni doğrudan engellediler. Bir yandan benden şirket bilgisi istenmesi, diğer yandan 20 gündür basit bir faturanın bile gönderilememesi, şirketin vergi ve resmiyet konusundaki durumuna dair ciddi soru işaretleri oluşturmaktadır.
Ayrıca canlı desteklerinin üslubu ve yaklaşımı müşteri hizmeti anlayışından çok uzak; kaba cevaplar verip ardından müşteriyi engellemeleri tamamen saygısızlık örneğidir. Banka kartı ile yaptığım bu 300 TL’lik işlem için fatura talebim hâlâ karşılanmadı ve mağduriyetim giderilmedi.
Firmanın, ilgili alışverişe ait faturayı acilen e-posta yoluyla tarafıma iletmesini ve bu süreçte yaşanan iletişim sorunlarının incelenmesini talep ediyorum.
