I came in with some hesitation about having my back lasered and after my first treatment the results exceeded my expectations. I was tired of shaving and this treatment was the alternative to waxing. Over booking seems to be normal to this office. For a 500$ consult fee I was expecting a better experience and not a crowded overbooked office.

Dr. Ourion is good but we should not have to wait for 2 and 3 hours past an appointment time to receive services. I was there and after almost an hour and a half Dr. Ourion comes into the exam room and quickly administers fillers. I had a black eye for a week. That never happened before.

Excellent care. Excellent Doctor. Excellent nurses. What more can you ask for?

Extremely nice and accommodating staff. Very natural work looking work is done. Only thing that needs improvement is explaining prices not just handing paper over. How many cc's are you using and at what cost. Then after procedure is over telling the customer how many cc's you actually used.

Dr.Simon is a genius. I am 72 years old and have been a patient for about 10 years. Having grown up in Southern California and a sun worshiper, I had a great deal of sun damage when I first saw Dr. Simon. If you saw me today you would think I was younger and had taken care to stay out of the sun. His ability to discern his patients bone structure is remarkable. I have never left his office feeling "over done", only " well done"! His staff is lovely too, which makes for a very pleasant experience.
By the way, it didn't take 10 years to get rid of my sun damage, that was taken care of rather quickly. The rest of the time, has been maintenance.

Very professional and informative

Loved the experience! Travelled from San Antonio, Texas to get the Ultrasound and the Coolacer a week ago and could see results already! Definitely going back. Worth every penny! Great staff!
