I completely agree with all of the reviews of this company I purchased a5ah battery for my bosh tools the battery that arrived has a completely different figment, so is of no use I have emailed the company 5 times to request a return and refund, but have not received a reply almost 2 weeks later I would recommend avoiding the company

The same as all the purchasers buying from this company, CRAP batteries and service!!!

I did receive an email stating that I would have to pay for postage to return their doggy batteries, dream on!!!

I would suggest that they close the doors and float away on their light weight batteries which are not fit for purpose!!!

I have got my money back from NatWest and I thank them for that but this should never have happened.

I placed an order for a battery for my Dyson vacuum cleaner and was very worried after seeing very poor reviews. However delivery was quick and the battery so far has been very good I am now able to clean a lot longer than originally and can put it on high power for a considerable time
Now after a year of use the battery has continued to perform well - very pleased I bought it, it has transformed the dyson

My package has been damaged in transit.
No response to my emails for over a week.

Please please do not buy anything from eplusbatteries. Ordered 4 batteries . Knew they were bad with the weight of them . 2 batteries not working and other 2 very poor . Please save your money . Emailed them got an answer when I ask for refund no more contact . Phone number does not work .

I ordered a set of 2x 5ah 18v Makita LXT batteries from eplusbatteries.com by mistake, not realising they weren't genuine (thought I'd found a good deal).
As soon as I realised my mistake I contacted them to cancel my order. The batteries arrived, by which time I had already bought genuine Makita instead and thought I'd return these. BUT their returns policy it turns out is 14 days, and I missed it. So in the end I thought what the heck and got these out of the packet to use alongside my genuine Makitas. First problem - charger plug so badly bent it won't plug into the mains. Second problem, batter number 1 shows fault and won't charge. Contacted eplusbatteries for a return due to these faults, of course no reply. Battery number 2 charges, but not great life compared to genuine. In summary: £95 for one sub-par battery.

I bought 4x 5amp batteries for use in my Makita tools.
I first noticed that the batteries are very light in weight.. 378 grams - a Makita 5amp battery weighs 670 grams.
when using the batteries in a Makita multi tool the first battery lasted 5 minutes, second lasted 6 minutes etc etc.... my 4 year old Makita 5 amp battery lasted over 2 hours. customer service is extremely poor, getting a refund is almost impossible.
AVOID AT ALL COST, You are wasting your money.....

Vet poor customer service. Received a faulty battery and not heard anything. Repeated emails.

I read all their reviews for my battery which were all 5* and ALL 2 years old..... Very strange!! I then read the reviews for the same battery offered as a batch purchase and these were all 5*, but 3 years old and by the same people..... Obviously Fake reviews
There here is no mention that my DeWalte batteries were from China until after you place the order. Saying that, they arrived very quickly. They seem to charge OK but time will tell if they are any good. They are extremely tight fitting and difficult to remove, in fact they have to be prised off with a screwdriver to separate from the original charger.....Not Good

Like all the reviews on this company STAY CLEAR . THEY ARE A BUNCH OF SHYSTERS. Wrong replacement battery sent so tried to return it. Phone number doesn’t exist, emails never responded to. Address was local in Worcester, so I went to find them. The place is full of Chinese people who refuse to offer any help. How these people are allowed to continually operate and steal peoples money is beyond me. These ‘companies’ should be investigated and closed down.

I purchased 4 6 Mah batteries but received 8 Mah, thought okay, no indicator on the battery, they seemed lighter than 3 Mah Makita battery, overall rubbish lasted about an hour i have complained but had no reply.

This company is a scam. Do not buy from this company.

Bought two Makita-compatible 18v batteries. These arrived labelled as 8 Amp-hour units. Fully charged both before use. They lasted about half an hour each under light load! Unacceptably poor capacity & consequently completely useless.

DON’T USE THESE PEOPLE! I paid for 4 batteries and received 2. That meant I paid full price for “knock off” batteries. I challenged them and got a reply 2 weeks later asking for photographs of the original packaging. I responded explaining that I no longer had the packaging. 6 weeks have passed now and still no reply, but loads of emails offering bargains!

Bought one to try - very poor performance. Now only buying genuine Makita. Avoid the products produced/sold by this company. Caveat emptor.

These batteries are total rubbish. The company do not respond to complaints and will not honour money back promises or 1 year guarantee. They are thievesthe batteries do not take more than a few minutes charge.also vinidabatteries exactly the same experience.

An appauling company that does not deserve a star. Two makita 18V replacement batteries purchased both of which burnt out within the first few days of use. There is no way to contact them. Multiple emails sent with no replay. The "chat" page does not exist and the telephone number is not connected.

They’re terrible. The capacity is a fraction of what it should be. Supposed to be equivalent to 6AH DeWalt, ran my tools for about 1/10th of the time I’d expect. The charge indicator doesn’t change even if fully charged or empty. Always 2 out of 3. Not getting any replies to my emails. Complete scam.

I opened my parcel and popped a battery onto charge. I then realised the battery packs were particularly light so checked them out. I had been sent 5Ah packs instead of 6Ah. However, both packs should be similar in weight...

5Ah 20V pack (claimed capacity 5.5Ah)
18650 cells max capacity 3600mAh so battery configuration must be 5S2P = 10 cells. An 18650 cell weighs 45g =/- 3g so the cells alone must weigh 420-480g before the weight of the case, BMS and wiring is considered.

Actual weight of pack is 378g. So it must be a 5S1P pack. i.e. missing half the cells. Best case this is a 3.5Ah pack but more likely closer to 2.2-2.8Ah.

And as an add-on: Whilst they labelled the battery boxes inside the parcel, there was nothing on the parcel to warn it contained lithium batteries, so in breach of regulations around labelling and shipping of lithium batteries.

Asked to return for a refund but get a feeling 24 hours later that I'll just have to put in a dispute with my payment provider.
