I don't know how to negotiate this site. It shows a blank page and nothing happens. Even if I should manage to find my way round it, it is yet another thing to look at that MIGHT just MIGHT have a message for me.
Mostly it doesn't.
Apparently I should have a record of my horses's saddle fitting. I have no idea where to find it.

Thanks for taking the time to leave a review, I’m genuinely sorry you’ve had such a frustrating experience. That’s not what we want for any horse owner.
A couple of things in your comments stand out that may explain the “blank page” and why you’re not seeing what you expect:
• If you’re trying to access your client account via the website: client records and messages are available in the Equigate app, not through the web portal (the website access is for practitioners).
• If your app isn’t fully up to date: older/unsupported versions can sometimes cause pages not to load correctly - which can look like a blank screen.
In terms of your horse’s saddle fitting record: once you’re in the app, it will sit within your horse/patient profile under the reports page, but it will only appear if your fitter has published it to your account.
We did email you to offer help and to get a bit more detail so we can resolve this quickly, but we haven’t heard back yet.
We’d really like to put this right, so If you can reply to our email (or contact us via our support address) with:
• the email/phone number used on your account,
• what device you’re using (iPhone/Android),
• and ideally a screenshot of the blank page,
…we can tell you straight away what’s happening and guide you to the exact place your records should be.
We’re always happy to help, and we’d love the chance to turn this around for you.

Appointment reminder
I've never used this app before but my farrier has just started using it for appointments. It was easy to use with useful reminders as the date approaches. This is especially helpful on the lead up to Xmas when everything tends to skip through your mind. Why have I never used it before!!! Easy easy...would recommend to anyone else that has pre-booked appointments. Cheers 👌👍

Easy, quick and does what it should
I was asked to install and set up Equigate by my barefoot equine podiatrist as they've started using it for all their clients. I used to work in software so I immediately said I would to test.
Installation was a complete non-event. Literally click the buttons and it did its thing. This is not as common as it should be even from large professional organisations.
Using the app is also easy, very intuitive and I can find what I need to every time.
Very glad my podiatrist chose this product. Wish my vet would get it too!!

New user of equigate
I signed up to equigate at the request of my saddle fitter. It has been really useful as I was able to share information and photos/videos of the saddle fitter to my physio. It would be really useful to have other services on here to. eg Vet and farrier

Equigate for trimmers
My barefoot trimmer started to use equigate and I have found it to be so helpful to have her trimming reports, the future dates and loads of information about my boys al in the same place. Plus my trimmer noted that it massively reduced her admin when making the reports from about 40minutes per report to 5 to 10 minutes per report!
