Amazing experience!

Epic support and help when shopping for a new tent, it came super quick and the tent was perfect for my family. Since then, I've brought all my camping gear from them. Its my go to place in NZ.

The service we received this week was exemplary. I can't recommend these guys enough.
When searching for a new gazebo covering, we got all the answers we needed immediately.
John also phoned the warehouse to confirm that what we required was in the shipment that had just landed. We could then buy confidently, knowing we could get what we wanted in time for the date we needed it by. Awesome work!

Great service from great people. What can I say except thank you, thank you, and thank you again. We were caught in a real spot over our anual beach camping break, as we were pulling our fly off our very large family tent to apply new waterproofing before some anticipated heavy rain, the worst happened. yes our fly had done its time and we ended up with two sizable tears in it.

This was followed by a quick call to Equip Outdoors where a very pleasant Brook answered my rather panicked call. Not only did they have one fly left for our family tent Geof and Brook also bent over backwards to help us pick it up safely as we would have to make a two and a quarter hour journey to get to them an hour after their closing time.

As a result of their amazing service they saved a family getting wet and were more than amazing to help accommodate us with picking up after closing hours.

Thank you so much guys we are more than happy to recommend you to anyone looking for great products sold with great service, including online orders where we have always received our orders in very short time. Thanks again from one very grateful family.

Great people to deal with, until you have something to return. Be prepared to wait weeks to find out if something is covered under warranty even if it was only a month old when it stopped working.

Well what to say...Service was outstanding..delivery was quick..and the product first class.
We brought our 4.5qt pot and other products on a saturday..and delivery arrived on the following tuesday.
(A supprise for my wifes birthday).
The service team were helpfull and informative..allowing me to choise a product that helpped extend my wifes collection.
I can not rate this wonderfull company highly enough...give them a go..you will not be let down.
Top company ive had the pleasure of using...and look forward to buying more of there range.

I purchased a tent from EquipOutdoors. The communication from invoicing to shipping was prompt and informative. The tent shipped to me within 3 days or so. Haven't tried the tent itself yet but very impressed with the service and would use them again.
