Purchased an item end of December,
After several emails, got a reply to say goods somewhere near China. After one month of having my money, it was returned.
I received no goods, they received an interest-free payday loan.
This was my experience, please read everyone else's reviews before you use this company.

I ordered some Ariat Boots for my wife for Christmas on the 19th. I still don't have them! I've raised a dispute with my bank now and reported them to trading standards. They don't have a customer services number just an email which takes days to be responded to. They simply say they have had issues with the supplier and that they will be with me next week. They are a joke and I can't believe they still are allowed to be a merchant under the UK card scheme. DON'T GET CAUGHT OUT. Update have finally given me the money back, don't even think they had the boots which is a breach of the trade description law.

Placed order stating 3 to 5 woking day delivery goods not received sent number of emails all remained unanswered other than a automated reply saying they are busy and slightly behind with orders - tracked the tracking number given on the confirmed order email with carrier YODEL who confirm they have not received the package from Equisupermarket leave no option but to claim the amount paid from my credit card - should have read reviews before placing my order lesson learnt

Ordered jodpurs with matching T-shirt and jumper. They emailed to say the jumper was out of stock. I explained it was the jodhpurs i needed. They sent out the T-shirt and Jumper, no Jodhpurs. Now i cannot get them to collect / refund.

DO NOT USE THIS SITE. they are taking your money under false pretences - they don't have half the things they say they do and when you pay your money you won't get your goods

Placed an order, heard nothing for 4 days until receiving an out of stock email.

Order arrived but it was broken open. I have emailed the company with photos and also sent two message with photos through their website contact form. I also rang the number I found for them online but no one picks up and it rings indefinitely.
Complained to Yodel who said they would try to reach Equisupermarket but still no reply. Will have to file with my credit card/dispute the charge if I don't hear back from them. Customer service very poor. I'd expect at least acknowledgement that they received my email/contact forms.

If this company can pay someone to answer the phone and reply to emails then their turnover of sales would be much higher and all reviews at 5 star. I received my order within a week so I'm happy with that. Customer Service can be a lot better.

I have bought from them 3 times so far. Delivery times have been fine. They have quite a wide range of horse feed products so I can always get everything I need from them. The only problem I had was my first order. The content of my order has spilled in transit and Yodel delivered it. I gave the company feedback. They did not compensate me for that order, but they did put a 'fragile' sign on my 2nd order. I was glad I gave them 2nd chance and they have taken action to rectify it.

Item finally arrived nearly three weeks later. No customer service. They didn’t answer emails or claims from PayPal. Thought I’d lost nearly £200. Given two stars as item has arrived and they’re just what I wanted.

This company should be avoided by all ….my order for £77.00 has not arrived, emails sent and no contact at all …. No phone number to contact directly on …avoid avoid avoid scam company .

Terrible customer service.
No confirmation email.
No updates on order.
No response to emails.
No reply to their phone.
AND NO DELIVERY OF MY PURCHASE.
Avoid.

Ordered 2 x shires rugs sent emails havnt had a response and no telephone number to call which is bizarre. If theres a delay then at least let me know or have some way of speaking to someone. I’ll give it a few more days then will try and get my money back with will be disappointing :-(

Husband ordered 2 x pairs of Wellington boots online as we have used company before . 1 x pair of boots arrived yesterday . We still have a pair outstanding. No answer to telephone.
Emails sent . GJW Titmuss contacted as their details are on website as being owners of Equi Superstore / Pet Spectrum group . Informed by staff at GJW Titmuss that Equi store no longer owned by them . New owners details not furnished. Still have an item Outstanding & no communication with anyone who can help.

I ordered some boots from this website as they were considerably cheaper than elsewhere. I received them within 4 working days which I am totally satisfied with. I would recommend although the comments I read did worry me.
Please leave a positive review if you have had a positive experience otherwise it becomes unbalanced.

Ordered the livery man black beauty clippers, ordered Monday and came Saturday, the only downfall is no contact number but I had no problems :) cheapest price I could find and worth the 2-4 day delivery :)

very hard to get in touch with them phone just rings and rings only got help when paypal got involved i will never use them again in the end i did get a refund

Very disappointed. Wish I'd read reviews before ordering. Order hasn't turned up and is apparently still on site a week later. Yodel were expecting it 4 days ago. Doubt it will be arriving at all.

Ordered a rug on 22nd September and despite lots of emails have not yet received it! No communication and no contact telephone number. Not sure how to get money back which I need to buy another rug? Worst equine site I have ever ordered from in many years and will never order again. I wish I had read the reviews before ordering!

Ordered on 30th September, it’s now 12th October and have not received my delivery or any tracking information. Looks like a scam site. Have tried to email today so will update if any response but not hopeful.
