I ordered feed for my horse and is already 9 days since my order. No contact. No answers for e-mails. Nothing. Hope you'll see it before make order!

Same experience as everyone else - absolutely terrible. Money taken, still waiting for delivery, no communication. Feels like I might have been scammed?

Awful communication, rude and unhelpful.

Exceptionally poor delivery coverage - that will change (I ordered in central Scotland before and now cannot - despite being a mere 30mins from Glasgow city, hardly out of the way.)

Prices fairly competitive but not worth the hassle. Refund is slow and well over £700 so I am completely unable to buy an alternate in the mean time.

Awful! Been 2 weeks and still my feed hasn't arrived. No reply to my e-mail and they don't provide a contact number.

ordered 1 september still waiting on delivery. Emailed support no one responds - wish i had read reviews before ordering.

Avoid at all costs. Incorrect order delivered last Friday and I’m still waiting to find out what they are going to do about collecting it and delivering the right product. I ordered Balancer but they delivered mix. Took them nearly a week to respond to my email, to then be told to take photos of the incorrect delivery, so now back waiting for them to respond to the photos.

Placed an order with this company on 13 August. They charged me delivery even though the website states free delivery over £35 (delivery charge has now been refunded) still haven’t received my order as of 1 September. Would be courteous to let people know their order is on its way

Wish I had read reviews before placing an order.
Ordered 8 days ago still waiting for delivery, no replies to emails.
Not exactly a cheap supplement either ,but will have to order elsewhere as my horse needs it.
Very poor customer service

My last Order, last year was fine.
This time, order 25 July, nothing email 28 just to see hi has it been dispatched. Here we are 3rd Aug no fly spray no reply and the reviews here make me think I've lost my money and no order.
Horse is now in dire need of fly spray.
Shambles of a company.

Ediy, after a strong email on where the hell is my order. Its dispatched 10 mins later a d arrives next day. Why could they not do that 2 weeks ago!!

AVOID AVOID AVOID!!! Wish I had seen the reviews on here before I had ordered with them. No sign of my order, unable to get hold of them on the phone as it just keeps ringing and ringing, plus no reply to emails either.

Never use this company they take the payment then deliver part of the order, no one picks up the phone, no one receives refund no one replied to emails I'm out by £35 no way of contacting anyone, NEVER AGAIN

Wish I could give 0, took nearly 2 weeks for my order just arrived today (they say should get 3-5 days) not answering phone or emails so I rang their parent company they said I’d get a call back as they’d speak to them to not here anything until they were about to close I got a email with a tracking number, then took 2 days to get my order sent to yodel, I wouldn’t buy again I like communication on my purchases I generally thought this was a scam website

I wish i had checked our reviews on here before purchasing from Equisupermarket. They are a diabolical company! I ordered a rug 2 weeks ago and it has not arrived. No communication from them. Each time you call the number they do not answer, i have emailed several times and no response. I will never order from here again, there are far too many other good suppliers out there.

Delivered the wrong supplement, no response to emails and not answering the phone

I am still waiting for flyspray that was missing from my delivery. They took my money on June 5th, their website shows my missing item as in stock, they do not answer their phone and am still waiting for a response to my email. Appalling customer service.

I was disappointed due to lack of information on my order which said in stock . I was given an order no.but heard nothing else from them until Yodel emailed to say they have my parcel. 6 days later. It was delivered the next day.I had read alot of bad reviews which panicked me. They need to send dispatch information to give peace of mind to the customer

SCAM of a company

Initiated a chargeback claim with my bank as no order or response to emails

Order placed 8 days ago and other than a thanks for your money … nothing and no response to 2 emails to chase up expected delivery .. now out of the supplement I ordered so having to pay again elsewhere… I work for a delivery company so can’t even use that as an excuse anymore .. not that they’ve replied anyway 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️ Won’t be returning !! Currently placing dispute thru PayPal ..
And then as if by magic it appears on my doorstep tonight 🙄

From reading the other reviews, it would seem I am in the same boat at the others, made order and money taken and now no way to find out where the hell it is 3 weeks later.
