I have been using Ergon for our home electricity
for approximately 25 years.
I went through a period of time with divorce and kids where I was struggling to meet my power bills,Ergon were most understanding and obliging to place me on a payment plan which solved the problem.
They also had a system named by memory “smooth pay” which when users joined, they received a one of $50 credit. Smooth pay allowed for regular smaller auto payments from a users account so when there bill arrived, it was usually in credit.
Sometime later, Ergon had a company system rehash of sorts, and Smooth Pay was obsolete.
Whenever I needed to talk with Ergon, it was always a pleasure receiving a native English speaker within Australia which gave proper clarity. I always found them overly helpful, friendly and informative, and at times it felt like I was talking to my next door neighbor.
More recently, I notice that they outline users with an electronic meter alternate Tariffs using the users average use in order for the user to save money. I find this highly beneficial and informative.
I really cannot find any complaints with Ergon and can only highly recommend them with an impeccable rating.
