Fantastic customer service experience
I had never bought ink for our printer before and found ERS by looking to see who would be the cheapest supplier.
Not only were they the cheapest but the customer service was S Tier, I received a phone call from Steve shortly after placing my order; who had rung to check I had ordered the right ink for my printer as unbeknownst to me there are 2 different versions and choosing the wrong one would be disastrous for my poor printer. I had indeed ordered the wrong ink and Steve quickly sorted this for me with no extra input on my part.
My ink also arrive significantly sooner that I had expected.
Fantastic service and the cheapest supplier I found!

Misleading Delivery Promises and Poor Customer Service
Disappointing service. I ordered a touchscreen display on Tuesday 11th June, expecting a delivery on Thursday 13th June on the advice of the live chat consultant and their website. On this basis I cancelled an order with another cheaper supplier and purchased with ERS instead. Upon checking my emails and the tracking on the 13th I discover that the item will not be delivered until the 17th of June which completely torpedoed my urgent requirement for this item. I felt ERS's customer service and website were misleading in this regard and I have lost 2 days problem solving in the process.

HI James, as we discussed on the phone, we did fall short in explaining the possibility of the screen being a longer lead time than anticipated due to its possibility of being a pallet shipment. I am truly sorry this wasn't made clear at the point of order as you did have other options that would have ensured the success of your project.
We are working with our shipment provider to see if there is any way to improve the ETA,. we will keep you posted, and sorry again for the delays.
