On the tracking link, it says that there was an unsuccessful delivery attempt. I was home all day and there was no phone calls or email showing they tried to reach me. I still don't have my package.

Terrible overcharges compared to quoted rates. Good to begin with years ago now a scam given current practices.

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE
We have been using them for a couple of months, slow, lose packages, rude delivery people, and they tell you whatever they think you want to hear just to be able to make it seem like they are assisting you and then nothing happens. This firm is a joke. 12 days and a package has not left their warehouse. Not sure there is any good i can say about them.
If i could give the a negative rating i would.

Customer Service Agent on call was rude. The delivery person left the package outside the apartment entrance even after I opened the entrance through call. Thank you to my building Supervisor for moving the package inside as it was lying outside the whole day. I did not receive any notification of the delivery and someone could have easily robbed it. If this was an amazon package, I could understand but when the consignment is coming off shore, please be respectful and at least inform the consumer. Please reach out to me if you need the tracking number to investigate.

eShipper is like a one night stand. Great while is last and screwed later on. I shipped a product with eshipper in which I had to make a return to an amazon warehouse. Initially I was quoted $95, if I shipped via eShipper with UPS. UPS store quoted $120. Thinking I had a $25 savings, the product was picked up, shipped and dropped off at amazon. A week later, I see a second charge for $11 for "incorrect address" - I never changed the address, it was as given by amazon, and I never changed the address. What does "incorrect address" mean anyway? I choose to ship to location A but eShipper thinks I should ship to location B? BRUH.... Never mind that, I thought it was over.... Two weeks later I get hit with another invoice of $16. Brought my total bill to $122, 25% more than what I was quoted. This time, I think its I feel like charging more, I don't even know what this is for. Nevertheless, I'm thankful this will be my one and only time shipping with eShipper, personally and as a business.

In the long run, I will not recommend this one night stand - not worth it. Hit the gym boys.
