I ordered the Galaxy live earbuds from esurebuy, this product was advertised as new. I received the earbuds in a zip lock plastic package. The charging case is worn from obvious use. Do not buy from this business.

BEWARE! It's a scam, bought something on their website, got defective wrong item, they ignore my request for return and refund. Avoid them.

Used headphones were sent when I paid for new headphones. They did nothing when I made a return request. Don’t buy from these guys.

Month 1 and they have taken 4 payments in 2 chunks. Dont use

Purchased a JBL Flip 2 from this so called business. At first, they did not ship the package out to my address. They shipped the package to another address that is literally next door to their business address. There’s no way to contact them. There’s a fake number they provided which doesn’t even work.

I sent them a well deserved email about them being scammers & opened a dispute with my credit card company. Of course that’s when they decided to ship out to my actual address (after receiving that email & the dispute that I filed with my credit card).

Instead of receiving a brand new JBL Flip 2 speaker, I received a damaged / defective counterfeit item with blemishes, discoloration, scuffs, scratches & stains all over it. Not only was it not brand new but it was a knockoff replica speaker.

I highly advise everyone to do their research when purchasing ANYTHING from an unknown company that is not the actual business / company of the product they’re buying. Whether it’s a third party seller or whatever, if it’s not an authorized retailer such as Best Buy, B & H Photo, Micro Center, etc. Be sure to do your research in order to prevent yourself from getting scammed by a company like this.

Also, if you look up their address it’s not even a business. It looks like a residential address. I paid over $115 for a fake counterfeit item that’s damaged. I opened another dispute with my bank. Now, I’m leaving reviews on all platforms & will be making a complaint with EACH & EVERY agency via phone + complaint boards on websites such as The Better Business Bureau. I’m also reporting this fake business to local authorities for them to investigate each & every crooked involved.

Ordered a pair of Motorola in-ear headphones... came in a sketchy plastic bag with no instructions, accessories, or anything. In addition, won't hold charge... not sure if they're refurbished or just total knockoffs but tried to contact the company several times with no response... got ripped off!

Dreadful communication system. First you cannot log in to your account...they have to send you a link...which also does not work. Go to the online help bot... fill in the name and the policy no....they send you a link which of course,,,,,does not work!!!
In desperation and frustration ,telephone. HOLD ON for 20 minutes, get through, hold on for another ten minutes then for every question you answer, the agent goes off line for five minutes then comes back. This takes another 15 minutes. Eventually, you think you have settled it and before the final entity, you get cut off. I don't care how much less expensive they might be. never again!!!

just sent them an email to the address you are contacting them on and IT DOES NOT RECEIVE EMAIL!!! SAYS IT ALL!!!
