The goods were as described, high quality and well packaged. Delivery was not so great due to courier leaving package outside a locked door.

First time buying from the Ethical Superstore, and i'm impressed. Lovely items and not over priced like some places. I bought an item as a gift, unfortunately the courier damaged my item, but ethical superstore replaced it quickly with no drama. Their customer service is top notch, cannot fault them. I would definitely consider buying from them again.

I've been a regular customer over the last two years. I love the broad range of high quality, ethical products they offer, including lots of Ethical Consumer 'Best Buys'. Delivery is reasonably speedy, in eco friendly packaging (recycled cardboard box wrapped with paper sticky tape, with recycled paper used instead of bubble wrap inside). I've had some instances of items arriving damaged. Whenever this has happened, the company has been prompt to offer me a full refund without needing to return the item, and the customer service has been very good

I found Ecover Bio washing powder in this shop for a good price! I did buy in bulk to save on delivery and not to have to think about the washing powder for some time. This new batch of powder seems to have a new formula, does not get lumpy. They also sent a small gift, laundry strips which I'm still to try. Overall happy with my purchase.

I've been using Ethical Superstore for several years but never had cause to return anything until now.
I ordered snowflake slipper socks which are actually lounge socks with no grips and so tight fit, they will not suit the purpose of the Christmas gift I bought them for. In addition, the contents of the box were burst and soya mince scattered plus Bouillon lid popped open.

The issue is the palaver of being expected to take pictures of each item, and be expected to pay a return for the socks which are lounge socks not slipper socks.
Sorry, but I won't risk buying from them again.
Support local shops instead.

Love ethical superstore and its products! First go-to shop for many things.
Just two things:
1. The check-out works on my phone finally - but only if I put the screen into 'desktop' mode. Glad I have figured out a solution, but not ideal.
2. I love getting Ethical Superstore vouchers, but only being able to order physical snail mail vouchers is less ethical and less handy than being able to order an e-voucher that can be delivered immediately to loved ones I want to share them with as a last minute birthday present...

Awful. Spent £30 on a product which was apparently delayed by DPD.
They said they would contact DPD (I had to chase): they asked to wait 48 hours or they’d issue a replacement. Then had to chase that after several additional days after the asked for 48 hours.
Now no replies AT ALL now to my emails. Feels like this is a SCAM company do not trust!!

This store is where I go for gifts, cleaning supplies, organic nightwear and other ethically sourced goods. Very happy with it!

Not very ethical. Money taken but order neither confirmed nor delivered. Rang customer service who promised to ring me back and didn’t. Never had such an experience with any other on line company! Update they did ring me today and they promised to replace non delivered items

I contacted the Ethical Superstore regarding a recent order and received outstanding customer service. Their communication was great and very helpful. Excellent company/people to deal with, resolved super quick. Would highly recommend.

Love shopping with Ethic Superstore, great selection, fairly priced. Delivery always good. Whenever I have needed to speak with them they have been extra helpful and super friendly.
Don't need to shop anywhere else for all my fairtrade/ eco products.
