Great product and really comfortable shows - delivery a lot longer than expected and promised in the terms and conditions

From ordering to delivery, everything was fast, cheap and efficient.

I looooooove my new shoes

This is not a review about the shoes I bought, which are good shoes. This is to mention my bad experience as new customer. In the website, they offer a 10% discount on your first order, as many others do when you sign up. First the discount code never arrived despite a few attempts, then I got in contact via chat because the phone number of the customer service is in France which costs me money. The chat is a AI robot that cannot solve these kind of issues but nobody is available to attend instead After a few days I received the code by email, but then the code did not work, it wasn’t valid. I decided to place my order anyway hoping that they could help me and apply the discount by refund. But again had to wait for days until they answer me that the code works and that I can still use it in another purchase… end of story. What a frustrating experience and how inflexible system, definitely not a good way to start as new customer.

After a kind reply to my bad review, I have followed the advice to contact Etnies again to give them another opportunity to help me. Well, unfortunately nothing has changed. Same answer. A waste of my time. Perhaps I will return the shoes after all.

Quick delivery time, and awesome shoes. They look great, super comfy and one of the best brands.

I've been buying straight from the Etnies website for several years, coming up on a decade. My usual go-to must have pair are the Marana Black/Gray/Gum Size 11.

However, when I saw this new pair of Black/Pink Kingpin 2Ks, I absolutely coukd not resist. As someone who wears all black, entirely black, and black everyday, with only splashes of color: this color pink is one of my favorite splashes.

I'm a size 11, and Etnies Marana's always fit really well; however, I was not used to the wider, puffier skate-style shoe, the Kingpin.

I have bought only one or two other pairs of Kingpins and I still have one pair that are very close to NEW that I just leave in their original box without being laced up. The other pair I had I gave to my friend's son.

I have always appreciated the quality of the Kingpin and especially their durability, but i ride BMX Dirt, so wider, puffier skate shoes rarely appeal to me as far as athletically.

In any event, I'm adjusting to these Kingpin 2K's wonderfully, and I'm seriously impressed with how thick the laces are, since I'm not one of those criss-cross lacers it was an awesome surprise. I lace mine old school with horizontal bands going across. So, the thicker "fat" laces made it so that I did not have to purchase outside laces and struggle to match the color.

These Kingpin 2K's are comfy right out the box, and only after several hours do my feet start to crave my usual Marana fit. But that is a byproduct of my age (48, but don't look it at all) and my horrendous fascia issues.

The shoes arrived in a very timely manner as I've become accustomed with Etnies. Once the package leaves Henderson, NV I know they'll hit my (unfortunately southern-shore) NJ address within a week or so.

I placed my order July 11th (my two sisters, identical twins, bday) and received them at my apartment complex July 21st.

The order process is totally painless and even though you can sometimes find Etnies at discount shoe outlets like Walmart, I would still never buy them from Walmart or from Amazon.

I'ma keep getting mines from the source.

These Kingpin 2K's better stick around because I will certainly want another pair or six. Worth every star and every penny, all the way. I love Affirm via Shop Pay, it makes clothes, etc. so affordable! Yay, we poverty line pushers get a break (with interest, ofc)!

I'm very pleased with my purchase, the company itself, the delivery, condition upon arrival, and this exquisite color/style that fits my gear and personality to a T.

Could gush all afternoon, but alas it's time to get mice elf back to work.

One pair showed up as it should have and the second set showed up with glue all over them and the mids not glued correctly to the sole on BOTH shoes

I bought Jameson 2 eco TFTF - good shoes, nice price, although delivery took almost a week (ordered on Thursday, delivered on Wednesday). I appreciate that they plant trees and act sustainable.

Love the shoes. Ordering and delivery was fast and smooth.

The shoes themselves look nice, but the fit just isn't the best. They're hard to tie and no matter what I did or how I tied them they were always loose. The back kept rubbing on my heel making it sore and uncomfortable.

This is the third pair of Marana Michelin I've purchased. Thr first pair with a noticeable redesign. Definitely even more durability built in. Very satisfied with these skate shoes and the Etnies brand.

Delivery service was quick, so far the Marana Michelin shoes I have worn less than 2 weeks and has been solid, comfortable and price was affordable. I remember etnies as my high school shoes and how I never had problem then with achy feet but got older and shoes availability changed; relieved to have come across etnies again as they make them affordable. I wonder if a marana michelin with a quiet luxury style can be added in this line hopefully..

I'm reviewing the Marana OG, and I am happy with these shoes. They are comfortable and the tan ones look great. I like them more than the Marana Michelin, which I found to be rather clunky. These seem lighter - more like my old Maranas from about 10 years ago.

I've never had a problem ordering from Etnies - the order came very quickly.

I love these shoes for the price, they are very well me, my only complaint is I think I should have ordered a size larger, but other than that, amazing quality shoes, I got alot of complaints the first 2 days wearing them :)
