HF64021SCB ordered these hinges for 2012 sharps wardrobe doors as they have 48mm hole spacing tbh I think it is 50mm but I not a DIY expert and hoped for the best and they fitted - easier if you have... Ver mais

Ordered two sets of heavy duty runners. Good web site provides drawings, fitting instructions etc. Good price for the quality, received quickly, well packaged. Very pleased with ordering processes and product.

I bought drawer slides soft close that…
I bought drawer slides soft close that were dispatched and arrived on time big thumbs up , but i had not noticed till they were fitted they were not returning as they should , upon inspection it was found a number of small steel pins were missing , this must of been in the manufacturing stage as on the few complete ones the pins were solid .
Frustrating but i contacted Eurofit were a really helpful lady Louise explained please send photos and we can sort the issue out , which they did very quicly a full refund
this is the type of company you need to deal with iam a small carpentry company and need suppliers who Deliver at all stages especially when thing go wrong
I WILL USE AND RECOMMEND EUROFIT EVERY TIME

Great product Appalling customer handling.
The goods arrived next day and are excellent quality however there were no instructions for fitment. I phoned for guidance and spoke to a belligerent woman who said it was down to me to sort out. I asked about fixings and she wanted to tell me you stock thousands of screws so how would she know. I then asked to speak to technical and she explained you stock far too many products to be able to offer technical support for them.

We have investigated this issue and are dealing with this in house. We always try our best to help customers when we can, unfortunately we do not always have all the information on our products unless supplied by the manufacturer, but we are sorry to hear on this occasion the customer service, we pride ourselves on, was not received.
Not worth the hastle
Return policy isn't very good!
There are times where things aren't as advertised or expected. Trying to return something is difficult. I contacted them to know what the process is of returning some drawer runners soft close ones) to find out the advisor wanted video of it not working which I was happy to send and I did. She replied back to say I hadn't fitted it properly (I had as I have done these before). She then replied that I have to pay for return if they don't see anything wrong with it and I won't get a refund.
Long story short, wouldn't buyfrom this company again. Should have just gone to screwfix.

We have looked into this issue further and it is being dealt with in house and we apologies for the trouble this has cause. We do refund the cost of products, however, if we do not see an issue with the product, we would not refund the price of the postage.
