HF64021SCB ordered these hinges for 2012 sharps wardrobe doors as they have 48mm hole spacing tbh I think it is 50mm but I not a DIY expert and hoped for the best and they fitted - easier if you have... Ver mais

Very helpful staff
Very helpful service today from the Sales staff. Advised on selecting the correct product and the ordering was straightforward and simple. On collection, staff again helpful. Warehouseman checked my order against the parts I was replacing to ensure they were compatible. Very good customer service. Also, good quality products at an excellent price.

Unfortunately, due to the amount of information needed to return the item and process a refund, at current, this is the best way for our system to process returns, however, we will take this comment into consideration and as we are always striving to improve our company, we will look into an easier alternative for customers to complete this process.

Nice and local company to Hull
Nice and local company to Hull, I had been looking online and they were just in Beverly so that was good. The draw runner’s I bought were great and worked really well. Good price too.

We are sorry to hear that you have not received your order to date, however, i have checked your order and as you placed your order on 04.12.24, after our cut off point this was not dispatched until the next day which is stated on our website and you used our couriers up to 5 day service, which to date is still within this service, this give the courier service the full 5 days and if you still have not received your items, we will make a formal complaint and locate your parcel.
Positives
Positives: Easy to order, looks like a good product.
Negatives: When you pay extra for next day delivery, you expect it the next day, not two days later; Calculation page doesn't necessarily give realistic advise (in my case, it said the doors were too heavy).
Overall positive experience with few buts.

Regarding the Stay calculator, sometimes it depends on the measurements put in, but if you call or email our sales team they are more than happy to help with finding the correct stay for you.
