almost a flawless transaction

always a perfect transaction EXCEPT the shipping policy. the will not allow the customer to have the item held at a ups facility for pickup, meaning it cost me a half day pay to take off work and sit around waiting for ups truck to deliver my order or ups must return delivery to sender 🙄 if you allow a hold delivery i have to show ID proving its my package and sign, there is no need for this stupidity.

Right scopes at the right price

There are two or three places I shop for scopes. EuroOptic is one of them. There's often a sale on my favorite brand, Vortex. Shipping is quick and honestly, I've never had to contact customer support, they're that good.

Delivery options are bad

Delivery options are bad. UPS missed me on Friday. I don’t have the option to pick it myself. UPS said that this is the restrictions that you impose. First they reported delivery by 2:45 and now by 9 pm on Saturday. Not a good experience
