Appalling
I waited two weeks for my order, only to receive an email on the scheduled delivery date stating: “We have processed a refund for you due to the unavailability of the item.” If the item was unavailable, why was the order accepted and processed in the first place?
It has now been almost two months, and I have received neither the product nor the refund. Despite sending six follow-up emails, the company has failed to provide a clear explanation or resolution. This experience has been frustrating, unprofessional, and deeply disappointing.
