L'impressione è che se succede un imprevisto non sono in grado di gestire in alcun modo l'assistenza.

I booked flights tickets through Expedia with EVA Air and managed to type wrong letter in one of the ticket. I contacted EVA Air and Expedia and was promised a refund for the wrongly named ticket after purchasing a new one. It has now been almost a year and with several contacts, I still have not receved the refund.
Dreadful service
Dreadful service. The stewardess repeatedly missed out serving me with food and drink. The 777 plane was tired and not comfortable. The flight experience was only saved by a lovely Steward who went out his way, to help with my needs. Never again.

EVA economy is better than Emirates Business Class!
I wish so much I’d have booked my original flights with Eva. Basically I got stranded in Thailand last week because emirates point blank cancelled my return home due to war in Iran.
I paid ridiculous money to fly business class with emirates and they didn’t even divert my flight - also the vegan food wasn’t amazing.
Now I luckily got a direct flight with Eva to London and I can’t praise them enough. The staff, the service, the plane and the experience was amazing and also very good for vegan food.

They don’t even deserve a star, I thought spirit was bad. These people are money grubbing my flight from Japan to Bangkok my last stop on my Asia tour no issues with baggage. Suddenly in check in one of my bags is too large and I have to be charged 140$ (despite me traveling to 3 other countries with several different airlines at this point) the best part is my flight isn’t even direct. I must fly to Taipei airport collect my baggage find my own transportation to Taoshun airport and recheck in with another 140$ fee. Truly wished I checked the reviews ahead of booking this flight at this is a pricey mistake book I’ll be sure to get that money back & leave a review on every platform possible. Money grubbing cartel

The food!
The food! I chose Indian (Asian) vegetarian. It was the most flavoursome airline food I have probably ever had.
Much of the remainder of the service, cabin crew and the such like was comparable to other mainstream airlines, so no issues.
Their website is a bit outdated and one common browser would not take me to the website, always throwing an error. Trying a different browser and things worked perfectly. I rechecked with the 'faulty' browser and the problem persisted.
Overall, I would have no problems using EVA again.

Little or no understanding
Booked a last minute flight following my cancelled flight to Dubai due to the recent going ons in Iran. I'd made a genuine error when booking and tried to get a refund. They were not interested and charged me a lot of money for basically nothing.

It's unfortunate that my experience with EVA was meant to be the worst even before I got onboard. My online check-in failed with a system prompt saying that I could only do it at the check-in desk. When I went there, I was informed that the seat they had for me had a broken entertainment system. They offered unapologetically to compensate that with either 2000 miles in my mileage account or a coupon of 50 dollars for my onboard purchase. I flew often enough to know that neither was worth more than a few pennies: you can't spend the miles for anything meaningful before you accumulated ~15000 miles, and all the onboard products were just overpriced. I was forced to make a decision on the spot and to accept a 14-hour flight without a screen.
What's handicapped turned out to be beyond my entertainment, as the system was also responsible for the reading light and the service indicator to call flight attendants, so I also had no access to them. It was a big plane so I needed to stay alerted to hunt the flight attendants for any requests I had. By the way, I had a middle seat, and my neighbors had no functional screen, either.
It's a shameful joke that EVA chose to treat their customers like idiots, who had to accept their pathetic offers and tolerate the kaputt equipments in their journey. The significantly flawed flight experience could have been ameliorated by better communication and a reasonable compensation. As a Taiwanese person, I regret saying that I do not wish to take any of their planes in a foreseeable future, and that I will talk anyone out of considering a ticket from them.

NEVER FLY WITH EVA!!! They have the absolute Worst , Rude service on board. Did not offer drinks thru a 13 hr flight. AND they broke my checked bag and said the only thing they could do about it was replace it with a cheap crappy one or give me $100. It was a $350 suitcase. They are the WORST!!!
FANTASTIC AIRLINE WITH 5 STAR SERVICE
Having flown Bangkok to London Heathrow with Eva Air in economy I would definitely recommend this airline both for comfort and service.
Eva Air also offer the most generous bagage allowance out of all the airlines...46 kg for economy.
I also had to contact their customer services in London to request a confirmation letter for a visa application. The required document was emailed to me within 45 minutes. Outstanding service!

Money grubbing and awful food/drink choices
Cannot recommend. They didn’t even have hot tea or coffee on the beverage cart until the very end of a 14 hour flight. Staff are extremely rude and cold in their interactions. The food was awful. “Porridge” that was just overcooked rice. With the tiniest scrap of chicken and a few pieces of corn. Terrible. How cheap can you get? You’d think you would be able to afford better in flight meals with how much you over charge people for baggage. Crooks. Unless you’re just bringing a carry on or have no other options for flights, I would never fly with this airline again.

Rien a redire sur Eva Air très bonne compagnie , je reviens d'un voyage au Vietnam tout c'est bien passé, a l'aller comme au retour.Paris Hanoï en passant par Taipeip.Les repas ainsi que les petits déjeuners sont bons et assez copieux servi avec des couverts en métal choses assez rare .A bort il y a assez de films en version française nous avons pû réserver nos places cote a cote sans aucun problème dans tout les vols, le personnel de bord et sympathique et a l'écoute les avions sont a l'heure donc pour ma part je peux vous recommander cette compagnie.

Don’t fly long haul economy with eva air . Recently flew with them in economy Heathrow to Bangkok , 11 hrs going , 13 hrs return. I’ve flown economy on many airlines and it’s been ok . Eva air you are crammed in , very little leg room and very little elbow room , when trying to eat you are constantly knocking elbows with the person next to you . Whole experience incredibly uncomfortable plus seats are rock hard . Will never do again .
