Terrible return policy. Not willing to work with customers on anything. First and last time I will ever purchase from them.

Terrible customer service and highly questionable product quality. I bought a pair of shoes that ripped after just a few wears, making me seriously doubt the authenticity of the merchandise Evangelista Sports sells. When I asked for a refund for the defective product, they refused, citing a "Final Sale" policy for discounted items.
​They do not make this clear at checkout—they bury it in the fine print of their Terms & Conditions. Instead of taking responsibility for selling a faulty product, they washed their hands of the situation and told me to deal with the manufacturer myself. Very misleading practices and zero accountability as a retailer. Shop elsewhere.

I ordered a pair of Nike shoes. The only size 12.5 US in Canada! Ordered on Tuesday, and received it on Thursday in New Brunswick. I couldn't ask for anything else from an online shop.

Just a terrible and unethical company. Zero returns on online items.

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the recent purchase I made at your Evangelista Sport soccer store in laval. On August 4th 2023, I purchased a pair of Adidas Accuracy + Laceless soccer shoes for $370, with the expectation of receiving a high-quality product that would enhance my performance on the field. However, I am deeply disappointed to report that the shoes have proven to be of an unacceptable quality, as they began to fall apart within a mere 48 hours of use.

To provide you with a detailed account of the issues, I noticed that significant portions of the HD grip material on the shoe started to detach, compromising the shoe's functionality and grip. Additionally, the bottom of the shoe began to deteriorate rapidly, which not only hampers my performance but also poses a potential safety hazard. It is truly disheartening that such a substantial investment in a premium soccer shoe has resulted in such a subpar and short-lived experience.

I promptly reached out to your store's customer service department to express my concerns and seek a resolution. Regrettably, I was met with a dismissive response. I was informed that the shoe's defects do not prevent me from playing and, as such, no action could be taken to address the issue. I find this response to be wholly inadequate and unacceptable. Not only does this attitude neglect the fact that I have spent a significant amount of money on a product that has not met even the basic standards of quality, but it also fails to recognize the potential long-term damage to my performance and safety.

I strongly urge you to reconsider your stance on this matter and take immediate action to address the defects in the soccer shoes I purchased. I believe it is only fair that I receive a replacement pair that meets the promised level of quality and durability, or alternatively, a full refund for my purchase. I am confident that you understand the importance of customer satisfaction and the need to uphold your store's reputation for delivering top-notch products.

I kindly request your urgent attention to this matter and hope that you will rectify the situation promptly. I am more than willing to cooperate and provide any necessary information to facilitate a resolution. Please understand that my primary concern is to receive a satisfactory outcome and to restore my faith in the products and services offered by Evangelista Sport.

Our soccer club uses them to outfit our players. They are months late, items showing up randomly, wrong sizes. We are literally halfway through our season and my kid's team still don't have jerseys. One of our jersey sponsors pulled out their $ because now at most they've paid for only half the season.
