Tried to ring the service department…
Tried to ring the service department numerous times on Monday…no reply so I then tried to get through to the parts department…again no reply. I then went through an online operator who took my details for someone to get back to me regarding a service and cam belt replacement….it’s now Friday and I’ve heard nothing! Don’t waste your time….I’ll take my business elsewhere!

Not interested when they have your money
I bought my Peugeot 208 from the Citroen branch in Mansfield and they have failed to offer much by way of customer service since I drove off the site. I have been through their complaints procedure detailing my issues at length but they have failed to accept that there are any failings in their vehicle preparation or sales procedures and they are not prepared to take any action.
Documents not provided, inadequate puncture repair and scratched paintwork are my complaints. After spending over £16,600 on a car I expected Evans Halshaw to meet the promises in their publicity. They have constantly maintained that they have investigated my concerns but are unable to discuss them. As hopeful as they sound the answer is NO.
