I was listened to and attended quickly in sorting my car out and got me back on wheels.

Terrible from start to finish. 11 days delay to fix my car after damaging it. £1k of the quote you admitted in the end it likely didn't need. Told me my car was ready when it wasn't, wasting my time coming. Had to come in 3 times just to get a quote, which you still wouldn't give me. Overall would do businesses again with Evans and they have lost my faith in Citreon.

Great experience from start to finish. Shaun the sales advisor explained everything to myself and my wife , with no hard sell. When offered extended warranty etc and we said no he just left it at that , which I liked . Even though we weren't buying the most expensive car on the forecourt we still felt like we were given the best service . If we were looking for another car I would definitely look here first .

We went to collect our used captur and the first thing we were offered was a hot drink, Shaun our salesman dealing with us was brilliant, he was very professional and went through everything we needed to know, we would recommend asking for him if you are looking for a car or a change of car's, would give ten stars if we could, thanks once again Shaun

Prior to my visit at the Evans Halshaw Citroen Sheffield I was uncertain on what type of car I wanted to purchase. I came in with a couple of ideas of what I thought was aesthetically pleasing and that was in my budget.

We had spent a good couple of hours going through the cars I thought I’d wanted and could afford. I thought we had exhausted all our options as I had a tricky criteria and a realistic budget. Eventually after a lot of back and forth due to me being undecided we had found my perfect car! It was the complete opposite of what I had in my head but absolutely perfect for me and my lifestyle (with the added bonuses of wheel cover and 2 years premium warranty for peace of mind).

I want to give Shaun a personal mention as he was super professional throughout the whole process. He had come with me to test drive a car as I didn’t want to go on my own and was super patient when I was going back and forth to find my perfect car.
