Evans Halshaw - DS Salon Cardiff Opiniões 

I took my car to Evans Halshaw Ford Cardiff for an inspection a few months after purchasing it from them because it was making a squeaking noise when going over bumps. The initial diagnosis seemed fine and they identified some parts that needed replacing. Unfortunately, that’s where the problems started.

I was told they would keep me updated, but I never received any updates and had to repeatedly call them myself just to get information. Each time I called, I was told they were “waiting for approval for parts,” which ended up taking around four weeks.

Once the parts finally arrived, I again had to chase them to arrange an appointment to have them fitted. After all that time and effort, the car is still making exactly the same noise when going over bumps.

At this point I’m planning to have the car checked somewhere else, even though I still have warranty with them, simply because I don’t want to go through that experience again.

Also worth mentioning: the car park there is probably one of the worst I’ve used at a dealership. Getting in and out is extremely awkward, good luck trying to leave.

I purchased a DS3 for my daughter. It was blue metallic with a white roof. Evans Halshaw decided to respray the diamond cut alloys white. The problem was, they did not use a primer & they did not use a lacquer. The first time I cleaned the wheels with the jet wash, the paint came off in several areas. Now looking a complete mess. Evans Halshaw Cardiff did not want to know when we telephoned them. We then spent a lot of money having the wheels powder coated.

Collected my new DS4 last week had great service from Jordan and Tom. Can’t recommend them both enough. Very professional at what they do! Thanks to you both!

Had the pleasure of dealing with Jordan who couldnt be more helpful and informative if he tried.
We were offered drinks when we arrived, instantly took a car out to test drive with no pre booking and in the end when the other option we were looking at was better for us he even recommended we go with the other option. Throughout the whole experience not once did we feel pressured into buying a car.

When we have finished with the current car no doubt we will be back to buy from DS again.

No customer service whatsoever!
The staff were not helpful. They did not want to assist or help. They would not discuss or negotiate. They did not have any answers to straight forward questions.
I will never use them again!
