The sales team were busy on our first visit but politely acknowledged us and made us feel welcome Gary kerr asked what we were after and immediately set about defrosting our highlighted car After we inspected said car some good natured negotiations took place with no pressure we there and then purchasd car to both parties satisfaction. Buying is easy. Aftercare is shocking.
No issues buying whatsoever - drove away happy.
Aftercare is shocking however. An expensive warranty was purchased to avoid any worries down the line, if a major issue occured. When engine troubles occured, I called to book in for diagnostics and was told the books were closed for 2 MONTHS. So I'm paying monthly for a car and an extended warranty which I can't drive and it can't be checked over for 2 months. An absolute con.

Problems with recently bought car and I expected a large bill. After inspection parts ordered and fitted promptly at no cost to me! Seemingly covered under Evans Halshaw warranty and I was handed the keys to go! Very pleased as technicians completed a full health check as well. The usual excellent service which other companies could well take note of. While I was waiting every staff member who passed asked me if they could help. I think this is my seventh car from this dealer and have had nothing but superb customer service from the start

Shambles, AVOID at all costs!
What started off as a good experience turned into an absolute disaster to the point I’m returning the car! The issues l brought up at the first test drive were apparently fixed for it not to be solved. Three days in the service centre changing discs and pads but still no fix and clearly no idea what’s actually wrong! Even better I pick my car up that’s had an extra 40-50 miles added on to the trip for apparent test drives that are 8 miles long at best and a nice new mark on my drivers rear door damaging the paint work down to the metal! Service team staff was lovely, salesman is only there to sell cars was nice enough but the manager doesn’t care whatsoever but wasn’t really surprised to be honest! 20K car with 40k miles “but you should expect cosmetic damage”. Honestly laughable and shocking service!
