Well if the Genesis GV 70 lives up to the amazing service it was sold with I'm in for the best ride of my life.
The whole team were involved and even the Genesis principle came to say thank you for purchasing a Genesis. The sort of service you'd like to think is standard but quite clearly isn't in other makes or dealerships.

From the first contact to the last, Genesis Leeds have been excellent. Whatever they said they would do, they did without any chasing by me. First contact was with Palvinder and then this was followed up by Myles who narrowed down my search for a GV60 Sport Plus. A deal was struck and arrangements made to view and collect the car even though I live in Dorset. On the day of collection, Ellie did all the paperwork without any fuss and then explained to me, as a first-time electric/automatic car driver, the differences between the GV60 and driving a manual petrol car. She even explained how to use a recharge station on my return journey. The 260 mile drive back through the Christmas holiday traffic was effortless.
