DO NOT USE. Broke in 3k miles. 3 months later, no solution.
Bought a used car with ~60k miles. Turbo failed after 3000 miles of ownership. Delearship refused to repair or refund despite 2 independant inspections proving the fault was present at POS. EH provided a vehicle health check (not signed by me) that showed they DELETED diagnostic info from the car computer pre-sale. Over 3 months without a car or a courtesy car. George Vasilevi, the used car manager is rude, obstructive and causes delays and has a backwards understanding of consumer rights. My late father worked for EH for 40 years as a salesman, the company would have had my business for life. I will never buy a car from EH again. P.S. at time of writing, my issue is still not resolved and I am still without a vehicle and an bleeding money from inspections and using public transport and taxis to transport my disabled sister around. EH do not care at all. DO NOT USE

This time we were able to arrange a loan car when on previous occasions even when booked early enough on the day all of a sudden its not avalliable and they dont want want you waiting in the show room so what are you supposed to do previously I have ended up walking around Leicester for a few hours untill the car is ready as I have no other way of getting back home this is an issue which the company should address and provide better waiting facilities or havd more loan cars on hand

Extremely poor customer service
Everytime I go to this dealership, whether to discuss purchasing a vehicle or have a service/ repair work done, I have some sort of issue, normally to do with extremely poor communication on their part then causing me massive inconvenience and stress. It has not been the same ever since they switched to Evans Halshaw and I won’t be returning for any services from them in future after my most recent poor experience.

Not happy as they charge hefty amounts. Not helpful at all. Hyundai reverse camera was faulty but didn’t tell the product number just so we pay 1000£ to them for camera change and can’t search camera prices by ourselves. Shame

2 months to replace a battery!
I have no words! Evans Halshaw, Leicester!
My electric Kona broke down in early June. The AA got it started and advised to drop it at the local dealer.
We did that.
Here I am in August and the car has eventually been fixed. A new 12 volt battery that would have taken an hour tops.
No communication. No offer of a courtesy car. 2 months to replace a battery!
On top of that the car had been banged and scraped whilst in Evans Halshaw ‘care’
Avoid at all costs, I have never experienced such poor service and I dare say I will never experience it again!
