We have recently purchased a Kia Sportage and been extremely happy with customer service and extra care given from Linda Collins. Helpful quick sale
Very quick, patient and friendly service from Linda Collins today. We drove our new car home on the day of buying it, which was important as our old car was completely out of action. Very happy with the car so far as well!

Booked a 4pm appointment with Evans…
Booked a 4pm appointment with Evans Halshaw Stourbridge through their sell my car service. Arrived at 4pm, took 40 minutes and a bit of prompting before anyone came to see us.
They had offered 10,400 online for our car, which included us providing all details of any damage, co edition and milage etc.
After sitting around over an hour we were finally offered £1000 less than their online valuation. I alway expect places like this to lower price slightly but not too this extent.
Had use them previously and had a really good experience but not so this time.
Member of staff we dealt with was friendly, his manager we dealt with before him, I think called Tom, made us feel like an inconvenience and was generally unhelpful( also very scruffy).

The initial quote given online is just a guided price and a true evaluation can only be given when one of our specialists at the dealership have seen the car at face value and have sent the required information and evidence over to our central price team, who then provide the final offer.
We have a dedicated team that check the offers given to ensure that we are in line with the current market values of similar vehicles.
Our estimates are based on industry guide prices, live market data, and our previous sales history, as well as specific details our sales team discuss regarding the history, specification, and condition of your car.
We do appreciate your feedback, and I will ensure this is fed back to the relevant leadership team.

My husband and I picked up our new Kia…
My husband and I picked up our new Kia Sportage yesterday. We had the pleasure of being dealt with by Linda Collins, who was amazing throughout the whole process. Linda is very polite, friendly and knowledgeable, explaining everything as we went along. On collecting our car she went out of her way to set up our phones to the car and explain various functions.
