I bought a car from Evans Halshaw…
I bought a car from Evans Halshaw Middlesbrough a year ago, I part exchanged a vehicle at the same time. I have had nothing but trouble since buying the car, the car is fine but .... I have had a fine through the post for the car I part exchanged 3 weeks after I put it in and no help was given by Evans Halshaw. They have never sent away the V5C to put into my name. I have been intouch with the Evans Halshaw Middlesbrough and National promising to help sort out these problems to no avail. Evans Halshaw is probably the most untrustworthy company I have used. I would not recommend using Evans Halshaw and nor will I ever be using them again, absolute joke of a company.
I already have been in touch with evans halshaw help. I got told someone will be in touch with me, nothing absolutely nothing back. Im sorting my V5C via V62 form because I need the paperwork like I said crap company crap customer services and aftercare

…Evans Halshaw track rod ends.
Took my car in for service they told me it needed a track rod end car had 4000 miles on it. Got it back went home doing 50mph got on my estate could hear lots of rattles on front wheels. Had a look on me drive and found both track rod ends lock nuts screwed wrong way so not securing steering at all very dangerous. They come collect it done the securing got it back steering still not straight come and collected again the rung and told me there tracking lift was broke so got it back next day another company had done the work so Evans Halshaw will never fix my car again. Also not one apology from them.

I had a great experience buying from…
I had a great experience buying from Evans Halshaw Renault in Middlesbrough. I bought the car from a distance and Maboob Sadiq from that branch is a credit to your company. Nothing was ever too much trouble and answered all my questions in a timely manner. Had an issue with initial car delivered which was not their fault but it was sorted out and exchanged really easily. Tony the branch manager was helpful too but wanted to give a big thank you to Mab for a great customer service experience and I am extremely happy with my Nissan Leaf I bought. Will highly recommend this particular branch to anyone.

Further update, disabled girl 19yrs old, has a Renault, Captur
On Mobility. This car is 2025 reg. Since getting this car it has broken down 10 times, it just cuts out on the drive putting her i
In a dangerous position that cars can go into the rear of her vehicle, This puts other drivers at risk, RAC have found faults on this vehicle but when taken to Renault they find no fault.
They say this vehicle is safe to drive, it is an intermittent fault.
Well in my opinion this car is unsafe, should she have someone go into the back of this car whilst driving I hold Renault responsible.
Do not buy Renault car the service and help you receive is nil.

Very poor sevice
After my service with in one mile my drivers side front wheel trim came off and was ran over by a wagon when I went back and reported the issue I was told by the service manager that the wheel trim can come off at any time !! I have had the car for over 14 months and non of the wheel trims have fallen off ?? He told me to go to the parts department and order a replacement about £30. He did not ask me my name or car reg so how did he know what service my car in for, VERY DISAPIONTED
