Car has scratches on it that were not reported, burns in the carpet and mats, seats and interior dirty, no fuel. No Handbook or Staff the most unhelpful you could ever ask for

Took car in for a service and had brakes pads changed good service and communication and not over priced

Booked car in for heater matrix under warranty. Got a call on Friday afternoon saying that they have ordered a replacement and hopefully would be arriving that afternoon or on Saturday ready to start fitting on Monday. After no communication I rang Tuesday afternoon and was told I’d receive an update. No update received so called Wednesday morning, again told someone would call !! No call so rang again late afternoon only to be told that they haven’t even started the work and that it was planned in for Monday. After a lot of fobbing off and being told the same rubbish I was told that I’d receive a call back in 5 minutes which never happened. Got a call the following morning saying that they have got car in workshop and are working on it. Feel as if I’ve been fobbed of and lied to. Only decided to take action after I chased them

My service was due on my car and a lovely lady helped me get it sorted within 2 days. I dropped my car off at 9.15 and it was ready by 12.30, it had been cleaned inside and out which was great. Definitely recommend vauxhall Middlesbrough.

Bought a car from the Middlesbrough branch, failed to tell me a 12 month old car only had one key, contacted them via email several times with no response and called to speak to salesman several times with no return to my calls. Shocking service. Seriously consider buying here if you want good customer service

Annual service and MOT done on the car earlier this week. The service was efficient and helpful and the car was noticeably better to drive.

I had my car booked in for it's annual service through Motability. The garage is a welcoming and clean place and you can help yourself to refreshments.. Everyone is friendly, especially the service staff, they are so polite and welcoming. Angela looked after my husband and I. She is so lovely, friendly and always greet you with a smile. Nothing is a problem for her as I had a hospital appointment late that afternoon and she helped to make everything go through no worries. She really goes above and beyond for everyone she meets. The service went really well and the technician sends a video for you to see what he has done and if anything is needing attention. In our case a tyre. All was done and a clean car came back to us and we made my hospital appointment. I would highly recommend this garage.

I have a service plan which covers service and MOT (I would recommend this as it spreads the cost over the year), and from the initial booking right up until the follow up call I could not have asked for anything better.
Yes, needed some work doing to the car which cost, but that is the pleasure of car ownership - and she is 11 years old so I cant complain.
Ella was courteous and her communication was excellent, even when due to late part delivery they allowed me to have the courtey car for a further day.

Booked for my annual service. Very good experience Angela was very polite and helpful she made the whole process very easy and straight forward. A couple of issues were picked up with the car both addressed one covered by manufacturers warranty that I didn't know I had. Highly recommend.
