My car was booked in for it's annual service. It was managed by Sarah who was very helpful and professional. She made me aware of the necessary work required and costings upfront and I was kept up to date with it's progress throughout. On collection my car had been washed and valeted, excellent customer service.

Good buying experience ruined by poor post-sale support
The car buying process was smooth, and I am genuinely happy with the car itself. The sale went quickly and the car is great.
However, the aftercare has been extremely disappointing. I purchased the car over 4 weeks ago and still have not received the V5C. I contacted the DVLA, who confirmed they have no record of a registration application being submitted by the dealership. The dealership insists that everything was done correctly, but that does not help when the DVLA system shows no application exists.
I have raised this issue multiple times and was told that the admin team would contact the DVLA and resolve it. However, after four days of chasing, I keep receiving the same generic responses with no real help or progress. I understand that system issues can happen, but what has been frustrating is the lack of meaningful support in actually resolving the problem.
In a previous phone call, I was also told that someone would contact the DVLA, but I am still waiting for any update or confirmation of this. I have even asked whether they are still willing to help resolve it or whether I should submit the new keeper form myself, but I have received no response.
This is particularly stressful as I am travelling to Europe next week and need the V5C document. Everything else about the purchase has been perfect and I am very happy with the car, but the after-sales service has been very disappointing. Problems can happen, but the quality of customer service is judged by how those problems are handled, and in this case I have not felt supported.

What’s happened to the Service Department
What’s happened to the service department, 45 mins for a call to be answered last week.
Was told a hire car would be available, then the week before no car..
Arrive with my car this morning for a recall. Leave it with them then get a phone call that they need both keys for the car. Well Elliot never mentioned a word and neither does the recall letter. So car still not sorted out and it has to go back next week!!!!
