I'm a content creator and decided to purchase a controller for my streams. I spent $250+ on a custom controller but within a week i noticed there was such bad stick drift that it was unplayable. I reached out for a repair as this was still fresh out of the box and they informed me it was caused by a circuit board that was so far gone it would need to be replaced. And then informed me it would cost me an additional $65 to repair it. I tried to reason with the company but they were adamant about the payment for repair.

I received a terribly made controller, received bad customer service and had to pay additional money to fix their mistake. 0/10 would not recommend this company.

Non e Existent customer service. Broken promises product never shipped never returned money had to file for fraud on my card

I have returned a controller and it has been way over 2-3 weeks and I am yet to receive my money back . Liretally I am being ignored never again will I buy controller .

I am only giving 2 stars because of Jacob who communicated well with me and was efficient in his responses. However, my remote came back worse than when I sent it in. Keeps are doing opposite of what they’re supposed to do. For almost $300 paid for this remote, it is not worth the money. It feels like a total loss. I was told to adjust the settings but I’m aware of what settings need to be adjusted and that is not it. The remote is faulty and I wouldn’t recommend nor would I ever make another purchase. Very disappointed. I never buy anything of high value and when I did, this is what I was handed.

I ordered from UK on a Saturday a custom ps5 controller. It arrived in just over a week. Exactly as I ordered including an additional thing which I emailed about after placing the order. Quick and efficient service from Jacob and the controller looks great. Will add to this after a fair amount of use. The evil website does seem to go down whilst it updates during afternoon UK time so don't let that worry you it always comes back quickly. Also the status of your order does not really reflect the actual status as my controller was on its way whilst its status was still processing. Tracking was great via FEDEX Also email response can take around 24 hours. Trust me this is better than you get from all rival brands which can be horrendous. I have had experience with scuf, aim and battlebeaver but based on my experience so far I should have just gone evil from the start!

This doesn't seem like the pro tension stick. The one I previously had seemed like it had more tension.

We ordered a black controller. So far everything is ok, but the “gold” buttons, are more brown than gold. It arrived in a timely manner, thank you.

Spilled Water and D Pad glitched and now spams up and is unusable

Hard to put this controller down. Did a custom build in white. Went with buttons over paddles and the placement is perfect. Have several competitors controllers and your out the box controllers aren't touching this. Went with resistance on the right thumb stick and will be doing both on my next one.

Have had my controller now for a while and everything custom on it to make sure that it last the warranty is well worth the spend. Quick to respond when I have a question or issue and they were Quick to rectify the problem. Controllers can be a bit expensive but it is a custom job and it's personalized for you. Looking forward to acquiring another one for my other consoles.

I got my controller fast, actually. The thing that disappointed me was that I’ve had it for 5 months and it already has stick sway. Thankfully I bought the warranty but I would be extremely upset if I hadn’t because it’s sold at nearly $300!

I enjoy it. Love the color, love the long battery life, etc...though I do wish that I did SHIFT buttons rather than paddles as they are extremely sensitive and I tend to press them easily
